I buy this shampoo on repeat! Best!

I wanted to love this brand that's why I bought the jumbo size on both shampoo and conditioner. Shampoo needs like 4 pumps to lather properly, although the smell is good, it leaves my hair so dry. Not buying again

It is the worst of all worlds: It makes your hair dry and crunchy AND it makes your hair look as if it hasn't been washed in over a week. I have no idea how that can happen, but it did. And the smell is not only STRONG but gag-worthy. I wash my hair at night, and I literally had to get up out of bed an hour after going to bed to re-wash my hair with my regular shampoo to remove the stench. It was so strong I couldn't sleep. Going back to good ol' Paul Mitchell shampoo or--when I want to treat myself to a luxurious shampoo--Llanza. This product is NOT worth the price. I will be returning both bottles. (Ulta had a promotion for 40% off for two.) Geez...Note to self: Don't buy products made by or endorsed by people who are not in the hair industry. The only upside is that it IS made with MOSTLY non-harmful (48/100 as per Yuka app) products.

I have tried many different cruelty free, women owned company products. I keep coming back to Lolavie. Gentle ingredients and product does what is intended. I am sticking with Lolavie from now on.

Wanted to love this shampoo and conditioner. Unfortunately, after my first wash with it I noticed the shampoo seems to strip my hair of all oils leaving my hair feeling crunchy. The conditioner didn't add enough moisture back. It was difficult to brush through after the shower and never felt truly soft. My hair is typically soft and manageable. The scent is super subtle and doesn't last although it smelled nice in the shower. There are too many other better options available to purchase this one again.

I didn’t notice anything spectacular about this shampoo. The smell really got me. It doesn’t have a refreshing scent post wash. Very mid

I've tried many different hair shampoos over the years (Wen, Pacifica, Treseme) and this is the one product I'm sticking with as long as it's being sold. Love it! My hair has more volume and bounce than ever...

Nothing special about this shampoo. It lathers nice but left my hair very dry. The Restorative conditioner also left my hair very dry as well. It's very expensive for a shampoo that isn't much better than a drugstore shampoo.

Great shampoo! I just bought my second bottle. I'm going to look into their other hair care products.

I genuinely wanted to love this product, but unfortunately, it didn’t work for me. Everyone's hair is different, and not everything suits every type. I have fine, shoulder-length hair, and I can confirm that this shampoo doesn’t lather much, which didn’t bother me at all. However, there were a couple of issues. First, my hair felt stiff instead of soft every time I used it. Even after using the conditioner, it knotted up, which is unusual for me. Lastly, and this is a personal issue, it aggravated the eczema I’ve been dealing with on my neck and chest, making it burn in the shower and making the flare-ups worse. Other shampoos I’ve used don’t cause this. This might be a great product for other hair types, but unfortunately, it just didn’t work for mine.

Reading everyone's reviews, I will agree that it makes your hair soft. However, there is some ingredient in here that caused an allergic reaction on my scalp. I don't consider my scalp extremely sensitive, but whatever is in this created bumps, redness & itching; a definite allergic reaction. I am not saying anything negative about this shampoo, as it was my scalp, my reaction. I just felt I should give my review for someone who may have sensitivities.

I don't care for it, leaves my hair limp even with product add afterwards.

I love everything about this shampoo OTHER than it doesn't suds as much as I prefer which makes me use more product than I'd like.

Being an older woman, this shampoo made my hair so soft and manageable. Lots of body and shine. Love it! Thank you.

I can't BELIEVE the difference in my hair after using these products only one time! The shampoo, conditioner, detangler and sculpting paste are game changers!! I swear it was like a magic wand waving beautifully over my head, and Waa-Lah!! Gorgeousness!! I haven't used the intensive repair treatment yet, but when I do, I will leave another review and include a picture. I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!!!
