DO NOT BUY THIS SWING. we were gifted this swing new at my baby shower we used it for 2 months and it started making very concerning scraping and banging noises that gradually got louder then broke two days later. I then Contacted graco and they wanted me to do so much for the return and wait forever for them to get it process it and then send me a new one but he loved the swing so we bought this one again on marketplace and it broke again the same way a month later. Stay away from this swing. Read the reviews from other places I wish my grandma would’ve never bought this for me and read reviews.

Great till its not
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this as a gift at baby shower used it for 3 months baby absolutely loves it but it stopped swinging. Tried all trouble shooting suggestions. An have no reciept as it was a gift. I dont recommend due to poor quality.

I wouldn't recommend this swing to anyone. The swing is rough, choppy and could easily cause neck damage to the baby in the swing. it is very rough and sudden movements.

Disappointing Product
Worked great for the first 2 months now it sounds like it’s falling off the tracks and makes horrendous loud noises with each rock which then startles our baby. So disappointed.

My Son Loves This Swing

He takes his best naps in the SmartSense™ Soothing Swing — the gentle motion is perfect for him. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I absolutely loved this item initially. Some days it’s hit or miss… my daughter who is now 2.5 months old used to love this swing. But the motion has slowed down and seems like it’s barely working. For reference she is only 12lbs and on the highest swing setting, it barely functions.. it’s a little upsetting seeing as how I’ve spent all this money on a swing for it to barely work..

Broke after a few uses
Had for a few months and one of the rocking modes now makes a loud metal banging noise. Low quality for such an expensive product. Definitely do not recommend.

Not worth the price
It’s aesthetically a beautiful swing, however the mechanics of it aren’t that great. The swing is very jerky and it is very loud! Especially the vibration. We also have the smart sense bassinet and the vibration on that is not near as loud. I would def buy the bassinet again, however we ended up buying another swing.

Won’t turn on!
Got this as a gift for my baby shower in August, now that my little one is almost a month old I just opened it, turned it on once to check it out, then went to use it again with little one and it wouldn’t even turn it on! I have no warranty or receipt!!

Swing function faulty
Stopped swinging and it’s only been 4 months. Only used it a few times as my baby did not like it as a newborn for long periods. Revisited it now that my baby is older and it doesn’t work. My baby is not at the weight or age limit.
