Disappointing gift

Bought this for my partner for her birthday, as she loves cotton candy. She's only been able to use it twice. The first time it barely spun out any control candy even though she was following the directions. The second time, it would barely spin causing ALL of the sugar to burn, turn brown & clogged up the mechanism. If I could have given the item no stars, I definitely would have. I'm extremely disappointed with this purchase & need someone to please contact me about either replacing it or refunding the cost so we can get a cotton candy machine that actually works.

Disappointed!

Not worth the money! Randomly stops working while making cotton candy. Only produces very small amount of cotton candy.

Excellent, fun kitchen addition. Unique!

Very simple and easy to clean. Love that it works with hard candy or flossing sugar. Well made, and good looking unit. Had a ton of retro fun making birthday party treats. Recommend!
