Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar Energy Supplement capsules combine Bragg Original Apple Cider Vinegar with six essential B Vitamins to support cellular energy.* Each serving contains 1877mg of ACV Powder Blend, 750mg of Acetic Acid, 200mcg of Vitamin B12, and 16mg of Niacin. Vegan, Non-GMO, Kosher, sugar-free, gluten-free, calorie-free, and contain no artificial colors or flavors.

I think you'd have to use the product for at least a month to know how it's going to work for you. That being said, I will say I do feel I have a bit more energy and I sure don't miss the taste of the liquid ACV I was drinking!

    So Good and Healthy, Lots of Energy right away

    Better than liquid

    Just using it as it is "directed". Haven't noticed the energy boost but certainly no decline. Using it for the enhancement that ACV and vitamins are supposed to generate. Still much easier and taste friendly than the liquid.
