So disappointed this is only glitter. I followed the instructions and applied it twice thinking I had not shaken the bottle properly and it’s still only glitter. Makes me look like I have sweat on my top lip.

This isn't a super glow that gives you a dewy sunkissed finish. This is complete golden glitter. Like actual GLITTER. It is not classy or subdued...it's over the top- almost looks like costume makeup.
