[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm an Interior designer and use Rugs USA constantly for project. This rug I purchased for myself, and it was a total disaster. While the color was accurate and the overall look was good. There were cut loops/pieces all over the place (See images), this will either be returned or donating. The fact that it was approved to ship in this condition from the warehouse is troublesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were excited to find a cotton/wool rug (not polyester!!) for our kid's bedroom to make the space cozier. It was an instant hit! Although there is a little bit of material shedding at first use, it's pretty minor and overridden by the sturdy yet soft setting created by the bed (and NO ODORS!!). Bedtime is so much easier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does this rug look nice? Yes. Is it soft? Also, yes. Am I replacing it after less than a year of use? Unfortunately, yes. Not only has this rug shed nonstop for a year (it still jams the vacuum brush on a weekly basis), but it also shows wear-and-tear really quickly. We bought this rug for our nursery and have only subjected it to regular, light traffic for the last three months and it's already pilling in addition to the shedding. I was optimistic given the number of positive reviews, but unfortunately, it has not lived up to my expectations and I am replacing after only one year. It was too expensive and hyped to be this average.

I purchased two wool rugs almost a year ago and this one has never stopped shedding. It’s horrible and makes my kids room and clothes a mess. It’s hard to clean too and looks super ratty. Do not buy if you plan to walk on this rug at all.

There is a smell that goes away after a day or so. I am so happy I bought this rug, it is exactly what I was looking for.

The rug is advertised to hold up to high traffic. It does not. We have had it three months and the wool is balled up and sheds so much I have ruined two vacuums.

I can’t say enough good things about this rug. I’ve gotten so many compliments since purchasing. It brightens up any room, the wool is soft yet durable and easy to clean, the chunky knit pattern is unique, classy and goes with a lot of different styles. I would purchase 10x over! Good with pet hair as well, since it is not a shaggy or “long” fingered rug you’re able to vaccine much easier. Worth every penny and a rug that will be in our house for a long time!

I don't know that it would hold up well in a high traffic area or how easy it will be to clean, but in the bedroom, it is a nice addition.
