    Dangerous product

    I've used Sally Hansen bleach cream for over ten years without any issues, but with the new formulation it has caused the skin on my upper lip to BUBBLE and break, leaving behind dark scabs and scars. The cream is more irritating and damaging while somehow offering inferior bleaching capabilities. Do not use this product!!

    They changed the packaging and formulation not as good

    This is different from the old formulation , it def is not as strong and the tube comes plumped up so be careful when you remove that foil it will Squirt out. It didn’t nearly bleach my hair as good as it used to they need to go back to old formulation I’m going to try Jolene next time cause I have to use this like 3 times and my facial hair is not that dark or thick I’ve been using this since I was 16 I’m 40 now and it used to do the trick in five minutes or less platinum white hair so it was invisible, not anymore so disappointed why changed something that works so well?

    Horrible new formula

    Burns my face. Doesn't bleach my hair. Terrible migraine inducing scent. Hard to mix. Just a disaster in every aspect. I miss the old formula and must find another brand.

    Lost a customef

    I used sally hansen face/body bleach for about two decades. I threw away the product (new product bc they’ve changed the formula) after one use and realizing it just doesn’t work anymore. I have switched to Jolen.

    Awful.

    Just bought the new formula as my old expired. This is absolutely awful. I can get passed the bad smell, but as soon as this touched my face, it immediately began to burn like crazy. I couldn't even leave it on for the entire five minutes, I was terrified my skin was peeling off. Sure enough, there giant red burn marks on my face now and the hair is barely lightened. I've used Sally Hansen faithfully for the last 20+ years and never, ever had a reaction like this. I can't use this product any longer.

    Okay

    This Sally Hansen Bleach Cream For Face and Body does work okay but I just do not think it is for me. I would prefer other methods that involve actual hair removal instead of just bleaching the hairs.

    Missing and damaged items

    I ordered this item, it came with 2 of the bleaches and none of the activator, so it's unusable unless I have a developer, which I don't. They sent me a replacement and this one has both of the ingredients HOWEVER the mixing tray it came with is damaged and unusable and the applicator is missing. Target, what the heck? You need some quality control. If I order this, the expectation is that all the correct ingredients and tools are there and not damaged. I can use this because the 2 kits with missing items somehow make one functional kit...
