    Ts sucks

    I have dark arm hair but am pale so I wanted to try this because I hate shaving. Huge mistake, this thing started tingling after 3 min and when I did take it off it left my arms super red and irritated. My hair went from black to dark brown too, this did nothing. I would not recommend you get this.

    Not too bad!

    I have been using this brand and product to bleach my arms for a awhile and it's not too bad. They did change the formula (I like the new one better because it doesn't flake after sitting in your skin). I would be careful about timing because it can irritate your skin if you leave for more than 10 min!!! The smell is kinda pleasant too. Overall review is that works fine, but not completely bleached.

    DO NOT USE THIS! I’ve been using Jolen bleach for my face and ran out. I decided to try this one out. It immediately burned and I took it off after five minutes and now I have a chemical burn on my face. Horrible product.

    New formula terrible and horrible scent

    New formula is terrible. The scent is so incredibly strong. The slight scent of bleach from the old formula was fine. This perfume scent is far stronger and way more off putting. Whatever control group told you that adding a perfume scent gave a better user experience was just lying to you to get free stuff. The bleach scent from before was not bad at all, we know it’s supposed to smell, it’s bleach! This formula fees like you dumped a whole bottle of perfume in it. When I finished using it and dumped the remaining, my trash even smells like it every time I open it. Also, it doesn’t even work as well as it used to. Please bring back the old formula!!!

    Worked for me

    I used this product to remove my sun tanning. I believe it worked for now. But I will use it next time and keep it for longer time. I kept it for 10 mins. Both the pictures were clicked in normal room light. No editing of the pictures

    NEW AND WORSENED FORMULA

    I have used this stuff for 20 plus years. they recently changed the formula. this is now a cream with a cream activator whereas the old formula was a cream with a powder activator. this new version lightens but not anywhere near the way it used to. I left it on for longer than recommended and it still did not give me full lightning. I won't be buying this anymore. don't know what I'm going to do about my hair that I'm trying to lighten. thanks for nothing Sally Hansen, you've just lost a very loyal customer.
