Ninja FrostVault 30qt Hard Sided Cooler with Dry Zone - Lakeshore Blue: 48 Can Capacity, Metal & Plastic Construction

Love it, but it does have a few flaws* Love: - It's a cooler. It's meant to keep things cold. 1000% it does and it does for an extensively (days) long period of time. I think it took ice to completely melt, 4 to 7 days. - The FrostVault! This is pure genius. Keep things really really cold without them getting wet. My sandwiches, steaks and chicken, thank you. - The seals, the water release valve, and overall craftsmanship, are top quality and very well thought out. I took this camping (3 days/2 nights) two times as well as a track day and overnight stay. This guy has been through its paces. Overall, I love this but there are a few things that hold me back from giving it a 5 star rating. Gripes - - Probably the biggest gripe is the weight. This guy is not lite and doesn't get any liter when you add a 15 lb bag of ice and food/drinks into it. I had a little wagon I put this in and then wheeled it around (hmm). * Later on life Ninja listed to me and everyone and created these units with wheels. I'm going to expect this gripe would be gone with that unit. -My second gripe which was a surprise to me, but it makes sense after seeing how well this works and honestly, I'm ok with the sacrifice, is the space. For how big this is, there isn't a ton of room for food/drinks (because it has a lot of insulation that is well thought out to keep things cold). Maybe they could have less insulation space for more food but then maybe my gripe would have been the cooler doesn't stay cool long enough? So this gripe is an ok tradeoff I suppose. Which leads me to my last gripe. - The unit is bulky. I was a bit of a hassle trying to find a place I could put it in my 2025 Subaru Outback. - Lastly, the price. It's come way down since I purchased mine but I think other coolers (that don't stay as cold as long) are cheaper. Overall though, I LOVE this cooler. Its nice and sturdy and was used as a seat many times (without worrying about it caving in). If you can spend a little more on the FrostVault with wheels, I would highly recommend that route. I'm glad Ninja listed to everyone that raved how amazing this unit is but it just need wheels to be awesome!

Not only is it beautiful, but it is sturdy, rugged, and has marvelous capacity. I am becoming a total Shark/Ninja geek with all of the products I own. They're pricey but the value is well worth it.

I requested this for Christmas, absolutely wonderful present. I am senior citizen that camps alone and I was having trouble draining my six day cooler, the location of the drain plug is perfect, I just lean it out the back of my van and drain. The drawer works as stated and keeps food just right. I am looking forward to warm weather to see if it holds up. If it doesn't I'll be back with another review.

Departing from the consumer electronics category, Ninja gives us this cooler and it offers impressive storage in two choices of containment (unique, like most Ninja goodies). It’s big, sturdy, tight sealing and quality all round. The ice storage really holds the temp cold for 2-3 days. Where a bit of melt is normal, doesn’t pose issues. The unique drawer under the main box gives amazing storage to manage moisture sensitive items. I am also very impressed that Ninja Aus has released this great new product fast, as we sometimes have to wait and wait. Probably easier to launch a non-electrical item, but this is not an inexpensive item, and the cooler market is pretty well crowded in Aus anyway. Great to get my paws on this - and it exceeds my expectations! I love it.

Absolutely love it! It keeps ice for days and the drawer keeps food colder than some fridges, it is by far the best cooler I've come across. Definitely worth the price tag! Quality 💯

Love the cooler! Like the drawer that pulls out as it is very convenient for sandwiches and fruit etc... Also bought the small ice packs snd the divider/cutting board. They are awesome!! The big downside to this cooler is that it doesn't have wheels to move it. To fix that issue we bought a collapsible dolly that it fits perfectly on and makes it much easier to move it around.

I just did a 4 day road trip, I only changed the ice once, the cooler was in my car 3 of the 4 days in 90 degree temps and when I arrived at home the draw was still cold and the main cooler was still cold, with melted ice and ice chips

Well used it 3 times and there is so much condensation in the drawer that everything is wet below. I called and they are sending me a new one they never had this problem before.

Love it so far easy to carry even if full. The compartment for food is awesome!

I purchased the Ninja Frost Vault as a gift for my husband. First of all the Frost Vault does not keep the ice for days. I used this over the weekend on a fishing/camping trip. The temperatures over the weekend were in the high 90's the Frost Vault spent the days on a boat. It did keep my food cold in the drawer and I found the feature very handy no more watered down snacks with the separate drawer. I can't say for sure if the food was kept at 40 degrees but I am here to write about it and my drinks did stay nice and cold. The ice lasted for about 24 hours I did precool the Frost Vault and added beverages that were already cold. This is where the advertising of the Frost Vault is exaggerated in where they state ice will last for days. Although the drawer is a nice feature I don't feel this product warrants the high price. I was hoping this cooler would work as well as another brand I own which does keep ice for 5-7 day in the scorching heat. Overall the Frost Vault hos one unique feature of the separate storage compartment. However I would not trust the compartment for more than 24 hours in high temperature weather. Ninja is not completely truthful in the advertisement of this product keeping ice for days but its also not a terrible product.

10 out of 10 for everything about it. Just please make a wheeled version!

It’s nice but honestly it’s way over priced. Filled with ice it lasts 3 days outside.

We bought ours about a month ago and we had the hottest weekend on the boat and the cooler kept everything cold.

Best cooler ever. I’ve never gotten excited over a cooler, but here I am. This thing is fantastic to say the very least. It’s as good, or better, than a buddy’s Yeti one and the price tags were way different.

Last January, we had successive power outages that lasted several days each time. Since then, I have been assembling food and equipment to mitigate the effects of losing power. A cooler was one of the items on my list. When I saw the Frost Vault with the cooling compartment, I knew that I had found my cooler. It is sturdy, well insulated, not to mention, stylish. If only it had a set of wheels…

I bought this to use at craft fairs and farmers markets. I love it. It will keep ice for 4-5 days and the dry drawee stays at @38 degrees for 4 days. ( all with 16 pounds of ice)
