Matelassé Bed Blanket - Threshold™

Let me level with you: If you, like me, are/ were in need of a heavier blanket, this is not it. If you, unlike me, are in need of a lighter blanket — here you go. This is a light blanket. The specifications note "heavyweight fabric" and it is anything but that. I'm a thrasher — a flipper — a flopper — this blanket is nothing; it is weak. It is quick to start pilling and sheds all over

Was excited about this item but got it all the way home, unfolded it & found a huge blue pen mark. Will have to return :(

Recieved snagged and stained. Clearly used. However, very soft.

So soft, lightweight, and comfortable. Using as our ‘comforter’ for Florida summertime!

This is the absolute perfect blanket for summer if you sleep in air-conditioning like we do. I have washed it several times and it’s been fine. It also has not snagged or shrunk. I’m actually buying two more to keep on hand because I love it so much. I hesitated to write a review because I thought everyone would buy them and there would be none left please do not follow the negative reviews because my experience is nothing but positive.

I love this blanket! I use it for decoration on our bed. The design is super cute

Not pet friendly, the threads come out easily. And it gets holes in it.

I use it as a quilt and love it….EXCEPT…it Shrunk the first time I washed it. I followed the instructions and it still shrunk so now it does not fit my bed properly which is a disappointment.

The material is soft, but it is small. I purchased a king size and it does not fit my king bed in length or width. It also snags very easily. This was meant to be the top blanket on my bed, but can only be used as a throw blanket now. Disappointed I can’t use it as intended.

I got the King size and if you’re going for an oversized look this is not for you. It barely covered the sheets so I had to return it. The quality seemed nice and I would’ve kept it if it was larger.

Beautiful teal color with white threads stripes. Super disappointed in the quality, the white threading picks and Pulls and the teal material snags. I do not recommend for a bed that will get any type a use. This would work for a spare room for looks only. Full/queen size fits a full bed like a bedspread so it is large and was intended to be used as the such. unfortunately it only lasted a couple weeks and the snags are just too difficult to try and fix. Only washed once after purchase and did wash well without wrinkles just snags horribly. It is not worth the money to last a few weeks

Loved it. It feels a bit heavy and comfy. I’m pleased with it and it held up nicely after a wash.

Love this cotton blanket - it’s so soft and lived in from the start! Washes up great too and is pretty enough to be a coverlet.

The blanket smelled horrible when I received it but looked decent. I washed it on gentle and air dried and some of the threads already began unraveling, making it look messy on the bed. It has been pilling and threads have been pulling up nonstop in the less than a month I've had it. Frankly, I'm afraid to wash it again and I'm very disappointed in the quality for the price. These reviews must be from the first day or at least pre-wash (always wash textiles before using, people).

It’s very small. I bought the king sized one and it barely reaches the sides. I would not purchase again.

Very comfortable. I got a king because my Labradors and I enjoy cuddling under the same blanket on the couch. I haven’t noticed any tears from their nails but I usually keep it to the side/put away when it’s not in use.

Love this blanket! Super soft and very warm.
