Check if the thermocouple connection valve is loose (just tighten it) or if there are signs of breakage. If that doesn't work, you can only replace the thermocouple.

Takes 30 minutes to assemble. Purchased locking wheels from Amazon 5/16 size needed and J-B Weld to secure the plastic inserts into the bottom of the frame. Makes it much easier to store when not in use vs lifting it to move. It does come with a storage cover.

Highly recommend! The price couldnt have been any better for this quality material, easy to assemble, consistent performance, and simple aesthetic. Comes with a cover and I like the propane placement so you don't have two pieces like other popular fire pit models. So there's no cording you have to watch for or trip over. Comes with black lava rocks which were easy to clean if needed (we got some marshmallow goop on a small area). Really happy with our purchase. Thank you!
