Bad batch?
Top is warped, and has a crack. The wheels were also dirty. It was possibly preowned and returned? Also, no finish on the top makes me feel like I’ll get a splinter or it won’t last long.

great for its price
For the price, this is a nice little cart. It's not extremely sturdy but I needed an extra work top in my kitchen and this fits the bill. Its tall, has baskets, and easy to put together. I would recommend zip tie the baskets to the cart if you aren't wanting to pull them out, like for laundry. For my usage purpose if I wheel it around the basket, slides off so a zip tie helped. Is this a high end piece? no but it's very functional for its price. I would recommend it.

Total bummer
One of the pieces is defective so it’s useless. On Step 3 you add the middle shelf but the holes don’t line up properly and the screw won’t go in. I tried to problem solve but it’s no go.

Like West Elm without the price tag!
Saw something with same concept at West Elm but theirs costs $180. Found this at Target for $50 and I love it! Works for my purpose. I got tired of digging out clothes to separate different colors. At first try during assembly the holes seem too small for the screws but I just kept pushing to make the holes bigger. I think they’re designed like that to keep it more stable instead of a wobbly cart. I found it easy to assemble. It looks so clean in my bathroom & love the aesthetic. I highly recommend it!

Easy to assemble.
Easy to assemble, my 5 year old put this together in a short amount of time. Was slightly smaller than I expected based on the price of the item, but works for what I intend to use it for (kids clothes). Baskets are not secured to the rack which has its positives and negatives (positive: removable baskets make it easier to dump clothes out straight into washer; negative: baskets slide around and slide out if cart is moved too quickly). Wheels are small but glide well even with weight in cart! Overall not a bad laundry cart, I hope it holds up over time considering the high price on this item!
