Quality control could be improved

The wood handle was warped so the holes did not align with the trays. As a result, it took a long time to assemble and one of the trays cannot be screwed in completely. Other than that, it is a nice looking cosmetic organizer and does its job.

Perfect bathroom organizer

Great organizer. The perfect size for everyday essentials. I also wasn’t sure if the wood portion would look cheap as it looks a little shiny in some of the online photos but in person it’s good quality and looks nice.

Beautiful Umbra Inventory

I was organizing my closet, and came across my hanging earring organizer I’d had for years. I looked at the tag, and it said Umbra. Thinking it might not be in business after Covid, I was thrilled to find out that the company is alive and well and featuring beautiful inventory. I’m thrilled with their cosmetic organizer.

The measurements in the listing were incorrect. Didn't fit in my counter. I modified it heavily so it could be used. It's fine now .

Measurements not as described.

The shelf itself is fine but it's says it's 15 inches high and it's over 20 inches high. Which is just blatantly incorrect.
