It is uncomfortable to use the computer for a long time, the
The chair is OK, nothing special. I've had it for about a week and the armrests are already wobbly. I re-tightened them and the problem is still the same. The chair itself is not very comfortable if you plan on sitting for more than three hours. The seat cushion could use a little more padding. The backrest is OK and the massage cushion moves up and down. The massager doesn't have many settings, just on or off. I don't find the neck pillow useful, it always slides down unless I rest my head on it. Wouldn't buy this again, I might give it as a gift...but not for myself.

The extra lumbar support is perfect
Excellent quality and great value. The cushions are comfortable and firm, and the lumbar pillow is thicker than other similar chairs I've seen, which works well for me. The height of the neck support, as designed, is not suitable for taller people (I'm 1.93 meters tall), but I put it on the top of the chair and it feels good. Overall, I am very satisfied.

A happy wife leads to a happy life.
My wife loves this chair, she has some back issues and the cushion is perfect. The look is exactly how she wanted it to look and she can adjust the position to her liking. The recline is just the right amount for her to be comfortable while working and the price is better than anything we have found elsewhere for this style and sturdiness. She usually sits at her computer all day and this chair now has an absolute favorite spot in her bedroom.

Spacious
It reclines completely back, is very sturdy and durable, has a soft headrest, the backrest cushions are adjustable, you can turn it on for massage, and looks colorful when you turn on the lights

Strong development
A year later, it still works great. I use it every day. The leather on the upper arm has some wear. But it doesn't affect my use, which is to be expected. Best for petite to medium body types.

Fixed some issues.
The chair is generally nice, but it does have some minor flaws. The leather/covering started to wear a little after a few days, which I don't like. Also, one of the screw holes was broken. No matter which screw I turned, it wouldn't tighten. I think this is also why one of the armrests is slightly lower than the other. It's not a big deal, but it did bother me. The assembly process was also a little annoying because you have to lift up the backrest quite a bit to attach the armrests. I'm not sure if this is a problem with this product though. I haven't assembled other chairs before.

Good value for money, but not as supportive as I would have
Overall, this is a great chair for the price, the only design issue is a couple of screws on the bottom that often come loose, but I've fixed that. Having used it for almost a year, as a medical student who sits at a desk a lot, I have to say that it doesn't provide enough support for my lumbar and neck. The pillow is a little too small and doesn't really help with support, or the placement of the pillow isn't quite right for me. The only thing I didn't realize would bother me is that the armrests are not removable and can't be easily removed without taking the entire seat apart. So, for those who are looking for a comfortable chair for long-term sitting, and like me had back problems before buying, I would recommend spending a little more and getting a chair that's better suited to your pain needs, back pain is no joke. As for the pros, I really like the tension adjustment feature, and the pillow on the back is a little more supportive when you want to lean back. I'm giving it 4 stars because it's a very solid gaming chair for the price, and I feel like it really just doesn't fit me/my desk setup, haha

Without a doubt, get it my friend!!!
I love it! I've been looking for a chair that I can work/game in and this is perfect. It matches the decor in my living room. I love how comfortable it is. It's height adjustable. I like to sit low so I love that it's adjustable and the back support is really nice. I'm planning on getting another one for my daughter! She's a gamer too!

Beautiful Chair
So far so good! I am a 63 year old woman who is 6 feet tall and it took me over an hour to assemble the chair and that was without having to stop to chase my cat to pick up cat vomit, you have to read the instructions carefully, more than once! It was easy and I did it myself, I see a lot of people complaining about the neck pillow being too low, I don't have that problem, it moves! The massage pillow is a little weak but it's good! The chair is comfortable enough but I am replacing a chair that is over 18 years old, the frame and legs are metal, the casters are plastic but they seem to be standard size and replaceable if they break, all in all I like this chair and since I am in my 60's and not too hard on things I think I will use this chair for a few years, I keep the tool they provide in my desk drawer so if it starts to loose I can tighten it, I also didn't put plugs in the armrests for this reason, the armrests are a little weak and I don't put all my weight on them and stand up or sit down!

Stability issues
I like this chair except the mounting bar should be more centered for stability. I have flipped over twice in just a few weeks and fell to the floor from sitting on the front edge of the chair. You have to be careful how you sit back.

Pink!? Who cares, the best office chair, plus benefits
I don't care what color it is, but this office chair is easy to assemble, has a massager that can massage all parts of your lower back to shoulders, is good quality, soft and comfortable. Affordable as a gift.

Very suitable for young players. My 15 year old loves it
My 15 year old sits in this chair even when not gaming - I guess that means it's comfortable. Good price, but the assembly instructions are so-so. Be sure to read the instructions carefully and take your time. Don't rush, don't tighten any screws until it's clearly written in the instructions, and everything will go smoothly.

The chair is nice, but it has no wheels.
It took a while to assemble, first step was to put the wheels on, but they weren't included in the box. Other than that, 8/10.
