Best moisturization EVER
This stuff makes my skin so soft and supple for days. I use this Winter and Summer. The smell is so nice too. I'll never use another product again. This stuff holds in moisture 100x better than lotion. My skin is baby smooth and soft year round. Thank you Palmer's!

Loved the old Formula!
I recently purchased and realized that it has changed. Before it felt like raw shea butter and now my fingers just slide across the top and I have to dig to get any out of the container. It feels like solid wax.

Not what it used to be...smells awful
Loved the old formulation, I worked with concrete and it worked great to protect. Smelled wonderful. Cannot tolerate the scent of new formulation, so I am not sure if it works on the skin.

Horrible product
This product is gritty and greasy. It’s terrible. You can’t get the grit to melt into your skin so you’re left with greasy and gritty skin. Sounds amazing, right? Why would a company sell such an awful product is beyond me. I threw it away and will not purchase another product from this company; I’m sure they don’t care either. If I could give it no stars, I would. Buyer beware…

Not very pleased with this product
I recently purchased. It has a very nice scent. When I rub it on my skin it beads up into little little balls that do not dissolve. I have to try to brush them off, but they stick to the skin. How do I use the product when it does this?

Thank you for your feedback, we’re sorry Palmer’s Raw Shea Nourish Body Balm didn’t meet your expectations. The beads you are referring to are the Raw Shea. The culprit is very likely to be crystallization, a phenomenon that can affect almost any Vegetable “natural Butter” including Shea. After a butter is melted, it can develop tiny crystals as it cools and sets. These crystals usually melt again on skin contact. We will forward your comments to the appropriate team.

Very Moisturizing
Although I did see negative results from customers & didn't want to buy it, it ended up getting shipped to me on accident & not gonna lie it's a very good moisturizer, not too greasy, and keeps my skin smooth. I use it after my shower & I be feeling great, the smell is also great as well. I recommend.

Absolutely the Best!
I started using Palmer's Cocoa Butter almost 45 yrs ago, and have always felt it was a great product. But, 4 yrs ago I discovered their Raw Shea Balm...and now I'm obsessed! Palmer's has made a great thing even greater...WOW!! Apply it head-to-toe and not worry about clogged pores...because the formula is truly that pure, and the smell is insanely yummy. I buy it by the case. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Peace.

This stuff is GREAT!
I have been using this product for years and often recommend it to friends. It's a solid that melts with the heat of your hands and provides a long-lasting, oily coating on your dry skin. I used to get itchy and scaly, but now I get compliments on my glowy, youthful skin. I'm 51. It does have a food like smell (shea/cocoa), so sometimes I feel like a cookie, but it's worth it to not itch anymore. I apply it after my shower, and will touch up on my hands after hand washing.
