    Love Liquid IV. I really don't like drinking water. Love the Strawberry- it helps me get the daily hydration I need. Like that I can save $ with the subscription, but I think it's a little cumbersome to order and adjust the schedule and flavors

    Teacher Must Have!

    I‘be been looking for a

    I‘be been looking for a supplement that would help with my daily hydration. I wanted something that did not taste salty and that has not been an easy task.     Good stuff!

    I love anything strawberry, and this is not exception. Living in Houston a humid climate it doesn’t seem like you can drink enough water. And this certainly helps maintain the electrolyte balance.

    My go to for Ultra Hydration

    Hands down my favorite and a staple in my hydration regimen. I run ultras and don’t typically do the trendy Tailwind stuff. But these little packets make the consistency happen at every aid station. And that is imperative during summer and only having one kidney! Not sure the nutrients aspect, but it keeps me moving.
