Stopped working suddenly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The grinder is great but getting it registered was a big challenge. With glasses on and a magnifying glass it was still very difficult to see the code number on the bottom of the grinder. Very frustrating.

Stopped working after few times
The grinder was working initially but now it is just making a sound, the blades are not rotating anymore and not grinding. Barely used for few times.

Didn’t work after 2 months
Quit working within 2 months of purchase. The unit hums when trying to operate but doesn’t turn the blade. Blade isn’t stuck as it moves freely when manually spun. Any ideas of troubleshooting?

Maybe second time lucky!
This is my second purchase of the exact same grinder. The previous one died on me and had a small puff of smoke coming out of the base. I have never before had a problem with B & D products so I will give this another try.

I’ve been looking for a spice grinder for quite some time. I needed it specifically to break down eggshells (calcium), and vitamins for homemade cat food. It’s surpassed my expectations! The cord collected is perfect in containing the cord too! Great item!

It not grinding fine
I tried to grind cardamom. Didn’t grind finely . I needed a grinder which can give me finely grind spices
