Buy it! Dont waste your money on $10 mascaras that smudge anymore!
I use L’Oréal Telescopic mascara and I have black smudging under my eyes AND above my eyes on my brow bone every single day. I’m constantly checking the mirror to wipe my eyes even with the L’Oréal infallible setting spray. I googled the best type of mascara that is smudge free. It recommended tubing mascaras that aren’t oil based like regular mascara. I could tell a huge difference just in the application and the way the formula feels on my lashes. I’m so done buying cheap $10 mascaras.

everything I ever wanted in a mascara
I have an issue with smudging. I thought I'd tried every brand and every technique, but my mascara kept smudging. I told my sister I was going to get a lash lift and tint. she said I had to try Tartelette mascara before doing that. I reluctantly ordered a tube. holy cow! I love it. I sometimes get a little under my eyes when I first put it on, but it comes right off of my skin. it stays on all day, but it's still easy to remove when I wash my face at night.

The all around best mascara I’ve ever bought!!
This is the best mascara I’ve ever bought!!!! I have the hardest time with mascaras because I always have fall out, this one does not! Not one flake. The wand makes the application so smooth. The removal is so hassle free, comes out in tubes. I used to always get styes after removal with other mascaras mainly due to the harshness faced when trying to remove all of their product. Styes stopped with this mascara!!!! I have short straight lashes and this product gives them, length and a curve without clumps or lashes sticking together-amazing. I’ve never been so happy with a mascara purchase as I am now. Please never get rid of this, Tarte!

VERY LIQUIDY
I love the brown option, having black hair makes it wonderful to soften up my features, but I do wish this wasn't as liquid and heavy. The brush applies a lot of product and I have long lashes and it weighs them down, so I end up taking another brush over it and blending it out. If you wash your face off in the sink, the mascara balls get stuck all over the sink and are very challenging to wash off, so it's messy. But the brown color is pretty

I would not buy this product again.
I am so disappointed. I love the way it goes on and looks....but I hate the flakes. I can rub my eyes and end up a flaky mess.

Flaky and ripped out my eyelashes
Not only did this mascara flake everywhere almost as soon as I put it on, but it would rip out my eyelashes when I removed it, leaving huge gaps. I have used mascara for years and this is the first mascara that has caused this issue. Do not recommend.

Bacteria in a tube.
This has something in it that causes styes. I’ve tried it 3 different times. That’s $90 wasted. Don’t even waste your money or time unless you’d like an eye infection. It flakes off like nothing until it comes time to wash it off. It latches on to the lash like glue (it will take your lashes off with it) and crumbles on onto your face or in your eye.

I've tried other tubing mascara that dries quickly which makes it hard to form and spread out your lashes when applying. Tart makes my lashed more pliable and easy to work with, and I love how easy it washes off.

Awesome product
I love this mascara. I was buying Rollerball by Benefit but found it doesn't have the staying power when I sweat in my classes. After I trying other brands, I tried this one. It has awesome staying power and uniquely washes off! The tube is heavy so it doesn't knock over easily.
