I brought this tumbler for my grandson. He takes it to school (7yr old). Easy to handle and stays (water) cold. He loves it.

Let me just say, i’m an owala lover and this was my first stanley. i love owala for its ease of cleanliness. the stanley is great, it’s cute, my boyfriend got the black version which had difficulty opening the spout, but mine was easy to slip open and closed. i can’t say anything about its ease of keeping things cool, it does its job. however,.. cleaning this thing, was the worst experience ever. it comes with about 6 parts: the lid, the rubber gasket around the lid, the straw cap, the rubber gasket below the straw cap, the straw itself, and then the cup. the difficulty of pulling off the straw cap… made me want to return it off the bat. the label says to position it 45 degrees and pull, but that doesn’t account for the fact that the lid has a mind of its own and would rather flip up and down crushing your fingers against the lid than come off. i positioned it in the recommended angle and slipped a butter knife at its hinge to force it out, and it flew off. whew, not fun. after that, you have to remove the rubber piece below which doesn’t sit flush against the lid, it can flip up and down where the straw sits which instantly concerns me about potential mold if you’re not always fighting your cup. which of course you have to but why do that all the time when other bottles have easier cleaning processes? anyway, everything else is relatively easy to disassemble, and after drying and reassembling it makes me hesitant to use it given the effort just to clean. the straw, is fine, and the size itself is perfect to fit about 17oz. i love the handle since it centers the bottle and allows it to have my bag handle hooked on without it tilting or carrying a lot of weight.

Wish the custom items were available in more colors

Really hard to open but pretty color. Not sure if I’ll keep it but hoping it might loosen up with use.

I really like the Stanley 20 oz IceFlow 2.0 Flip Straw Tumbler. It keeps my drinks cold for hours and feels very sturdy and well-made. The flip straw lid is convenient and doesn’t leak, which is perfect for on-the-go. The 20 oz size is just right for daily use. Overall, it’s a reliable and stylish tumbler I use all the time.

My son loves his Stanley. It is spill proof and perfect size for a preschooler. ;) happy with purchase.

I absolutely love everything about this tumbler except one thing -the lid spout is extremely difficult to open without hurting my fingers. I’m not sure if it’s like this for all of the tumblers or just the one I got, but the spout doesn’t flip up very well and takes a great bit of force. I end up hitting my thumb knuckle each time and for whatever reason it hurts like the dickens. The spout is super easy to drink out of though!

This is my 2nd 20oz size. One for home & one for the office. No complaints here.

I got these two custom-name Stanley cups for my two boys, and they love the colours and having their names on them. They drink water more than ever now. We have other water bottles at home and at school, but they always choose to take these ones with them. I also got one for my wife, but it wasn’t customized—and now she wants a custom-made one too.

It’s a nice size and the handle makes it easy to carry around but it is hard to flip the mouth piece open. Bought it as a gift for a kid and she having a hard time opening it.

Wouldn’t even give one star!! All 10 received and all damaged due to them just being thrown in a box and shipped
