  • A: The cleaning pads will not stay on the steam mop. They've used cheap velcro and they will not adhere. I purchased many new pads designed specifically for this mop by Shark. I cannot use my mop.

    Fantastic mop.

    Light weight and easy to control

    Have only used once so far. Easy to use and control. Glides well on the tiled floor. Seemed to remove any build up from previous cleaners.

    Easy to use for good results

    My floors look clean and shiny without the chemicals. Goes well around odd shapes such as the toilet. Wish it was easier to use on stairs.

    Great Floor Steamer!

    I bought this a couple of weeks ago as my other steamers handle broke off…. This floor. steamer is 100 percent better than my old one… Cleaned my tiles beautifully.

    Easy to use and does a great clean

    I have just purchased it 2 weeks ago and I am finding it so convenient and easy to use which makes cleaning my floors much less of a chore. It is light and easily manoeuvres. The steam heats up quickly so no waiting around and the steam boost is great for hard spots. Does a great cleaning job.

    Very happy with my Shark mop

    Searched for ages to find the right fit for my tiled floors. After watching a number demos on You Tube I settled on this one. It does exactly what is advertised. Tile grout is always going to be an issue for me and may need to be dealt with occasionally if any serious spills occur.

    Best purchase ever

    I purchased this a few weeks ago. I could never get my floors to look and feel so clean. This steam mop is so simple to use and an absolute life changer. I actually love mopping my floors. :-o

    Disappointed

    I "upgraded" to this mop from an older model but I am seriously disappointed in the performance. It leaves streaks on the floor as it cleans. The cord gets wrapped around the spinning heads as you clean. I only give it 2 stars because the steam feature does seem to be better than the older model but otherwise I wouldn't recommend!
