    Ordered top and bottom guards.Excellent fit.So much more comfortable and effective than any of the store or online boil products. So worth the little extra expense. I can sleep again undisturbed and my teeth are protected from grinding and clenching. Love the Cheeky guards!

    The hard guard is simply uncomfortable.

    I am an adult and the smallest of the three sizes was still too big to fit without hurting me. Owie. Not gonna work if i cant get the right size. Also the dental material did not retain the impression and deformed when removed from the tray. Sadly i must give this product a failing grade on two important points.

    Not for heavy grinders

When I contacted Cheeky I was told to put it hot water a few times to help the mold fit, but it was too tight to adjust. The guard was also flimsy. The plastic was thinner than that of a water bottle.
