Hard plastic
The little yellow flossers are hard and are connected with hard plastic pieces that hit your teeth while brushing. My daughter said it hurt so I tried one and can’t believe it could be good for your gums.

Dentist said Dont Use
I bought these to add the flossing benefit , but were so stiff I didn't know how there could be any flossing going on. My teeth and gums started bothering me so I Went to the dentist and he said these were too stiff and harmful to teeth and to no longer use. Multipack, expensive, and clearly could not return. Stick to the soft replacement heads and protect your teeth. No way to get a contact/email for Oral B to ask for replacement with regular ones.

One BIG flaw
One very annoying flaw: they brush your teeth fine but do you know what happens when there are holes in the shaft right where you need to form a seal around it with your lips? Spit and toothpaste dribbles down the shaft and onto the handle while you use it. And I see the newer iO models still have this! Did anyone involved in designing this actually use it?

The openings in Oral-B Replacement Brush Heads are designed to allow water to flush through the brush head tube, and to also allow air inside. This venting ensures the brush head dries sufficiently after use and also reduces moisture inside the tube. It's important to always rinse your brush head thoroughly after each session to prevent residue from building up and blocking the openings. You're welcome to call us at (800) 566-7252 for any further assistance.

HORRIBLY PAINFUL
The flosser heads are horrible. They are painful and tear up my mouth. How does Oral B get away with selling these detrimental, masochistic brush heads?

Hurt my Gums
I bought a huge pack of these from Costco to replace my original brushes. These may work for some people, but for me they really hurt my gums. Now I need to buy more :(

Falling Apart
Have been using these for a year or longer. Recent replacement heads are all losing bristles. Everytime I brush two or three come out. Guess it time to change to something else.

Love these brushes, but quality lacks at times
I have been using these FlossAction brush heads for years. However I bought a couple replacement packs this fall (4-packs), and every single brush has lost at least one or more of the yellow flosser pieces while I'm brushing, and only after just a few uses. Fortunately I have never swallowed any, but I am concerned that quality control is not as good as it should be. I'm not sure I want to use these any more, and I would like some sort of assurance from OralB that this won't be a problem in the future.

Gentle bristles
I bought this because my dentists use OB products and it definitely works but the but headway is out really quickly; I alternate between an Oral B electric toothbrush and a standard toothbrush daily.

Hi Lady K. Thank you for your review of our Oral-B FlossAction Brush Heads. If your brush is splaying or wearing out quickly, it could be because your brushing too hard. You don't need to scrub with our electric toothbrushes. Let the brush do all the work! Also, rinsing a toothbrush under hot water, or soaking it in a solution, will soften the bristles and cause them to wear out more quickly. Don't forget to change your brush every 3 to 4 months. If you have any questions, or if we can help you further, please give us a call at (800) 566-7252.

Great if you are used to using a water flosser
If you have sensitive teeth or issues with your gums, this is not for you. I LOVE this- but I also use a water pick on number 10. I’ve used an electric toothbrush for years. The difference with what my teeth felt like after the first time I used this was unbelievable. My teeth felt really clean. This is even better than Oral B’s toothbrush head with a yellow polishing cup, which I can’t find anymore anyway. I won’t buy anything else from now on. worth every penny.

Gum removal
Have used Oral b and Sonic care products for years. This is the only brush head that I've had problems with. It is awful for your gums ! I do not recommend using this particular head.

Damaging to gums
I used this brush head for less than a month when I realized it was removing my gums. The damage is irreversible. The heads should come with a warning!

Not the toothbrush head for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this brush for about a month. At first I absolutely hated it. I usually use the regular heads. It took a couple of weeks to get used to it. I don't think it cleans any better than the regular head so I have gone back to using them.

Not much difference from regular floss
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m no dental expert but I haven’t noticed a difference between using this and regular floss. It looks nice and is a decent tool to have in the bathroom. Other than that, nothing to rant and rave about

Great brush head
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Oral-B FlossAction Replacement Electric Toothbrush Head fit my current Oral-B electric toothbrush perfectly. It cleaned both my teeth and gum really well and I like the design of the round brush head which allowed it to reach some hard to reach places in my mouth. My whole mouth felt so fresh and clean after using it and I can't be more happy!

does not fit
I bought oral b floss action brush heads (4 pack) (96671158) and they DO NOT fit into my original handle. Yes, there was that type of head in there before.

This isn't the experience that we'd expect to hear, Stan. All of our brush heads are designed to fit all of our brush handles (excluding our new iO and much older models). We'd be happy to learn more from you and sort this out just call us at 800 566-7252 when you have time.
