Ready in 6 minutes, these perfectly bouncy and chewy Sichuan noodle strands are slathered in a spicy, tangy chili crisp sauce to create electric flavor unlike anything you’ve ever tasted. The sun-dried, never-fried knife-cut noodle shape holds the perfect amount of savory chili sauce in every bite. These are SPICY, but you can reduce the heat by pouring less chili crisp in your bowl. Developed by Chef Jing Gao in Sichuan, she drew on her experience as a trained chef to create a nearly instant noodle with spicy chili crisp sauce like nothing else you've ever tasted. Our products don't taste like anything else, because they're not made like anything else! Each noodle packet has a large packet of Fly By Jing Original Sichuan Chili Crisp, plus a blend of soy sauce, aged black vinegar, and rich brown sugar, and dried chives. I love these noodles! I have officially been missed at my local noodle spot because no need go out anymore! I can make these at home and add any veggies or tofu I like anytime I want. Which is all the time.., so good!

Disappointing

Noodles have a great bounce but it’s literally chili oil and soy sauce. Not flavorful at all (as an Asian) and if you’re expecting indomie type of flavor, this would be sadly disappointing.

Absolutely incredible flavor and texture!

I am obsessed with these noodles! The texture of the noodles is perfectly chewy, and the chili crisp sauce is the star of the show, it has the perfect balance of heat, crunch, and umami. It tastes much more authentic and high-end than your typical instant noodles. It’s now a permanent staple in my pantry!

Spicy, bouncy textured noodles

These noodles taste excellent, spicy, but not unreasonably so. Adding a little meat and veg makes for an excellent complete meal. They don’t feel as heavy as some other brands which have fried ramen noodles in the packet.

I bought these for my sister since they’re vegan. We both tried them and were disappointed. The flavor was horrible and the texture of the noodles, thick and tasted like flour. We used the pack of chili and soy sauce, not great. I wanted so bad to enjoy these but the flavor just wasn’t it. And not spicy either. Would NOT recommend at all.

I’m Asian, and I’ve had a LOT of different types of ramen and noodles in the US and internationally. These were way too salty, and the noodles were nothing to write home about. I think the worst part is the price— you’re only getting 4 individual packs. These were a miss for me, and I won’t be buying more of them in the future.

Neither of us enjoyed this at all. The noodles tasted floury even after cooking the recommended length and the sauce tasted burnt to both of us. Tried to amend the sauce to make it more palatable but could not mask the burnt taste. Will probably donate the rest because we don’t want to eat the other 3 packets!

Amazing , with a chewy noodle & flavor explosion in my mouth!

Was finally able to get my hands on some Fly By Jing noodles an they didn't disappoint! Have tried noodles by all the "ones" (Momofuko, Omsom, etc) and these are by the best I've put in my mouth thus far! They are amazing with a great texture and ability to soak up & hold on to the flavoring! Looking forward to trying their other option and hoping that it is just as amazing as this!
