They’re intended for short‑term refrigeration and pantry storage and are not built to withstand prolonged exposure to high temperatures. For sous vide, we recommend using FoodSaver Heat‑Seal Bags or Rolls, which are specifically engineered for this type of cooking. FoodSaver heat‑seal bags and rolls are recommended for normal sous vide cooking at temperatures up to 185°F when they are heat‑sealed using a FoodSaver vacuum sealing appliance.
