The new Ninja Thirsti drink system is a significant upgrade from previous models, offering a sleek design and improved functionality. Guests appreciate the ease of use, customizable carbonation levels, and a variety of flavor options. However, the limited drink size options of 12oz and 24oz have been a common concern. Overall, it provides a convenient way to enjoy refreshing beverages at home, making it a great addition for families and gatherings.

Leaking Water Reservoir Canister
The machine works great, but the water reservoir leaks. It's disappointing. We had the original Ninja thirsti and after a month the reservoir leaked. I wasn't expecting the brand new one to leak from the start. Ninja needs to figure out how to fix these reservoirs from leaking. The product costs too much for this to be happening.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on the Thirsti. We’re really glad to hear the machine itself is working great, but we’re very sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced with the water reservoir leaking. We understand how frustrating and disappointing this must be, particularly given your expectations and the investment in the product. This is not the experience we want for our customers. We’d like the opportunity to help with this. Please reach out to our support team here: https://support.sharkninja.com/contact-us Your feedback is incredibly important, and we’ll also be sure to pass it along to our product team as we continue working to improve the design and reliability of our products. Sincerely, Ninja Kitchen

Love it
So much better than the first iteration. Quite a bit faster. Yes, I miss the 6oz option, but with how fast this is, it is an acceptable trade off.

This unit replaced an earlier model that we had. It works great but there a a few differences in the two models. The earlier model had a 6 oz option that I really like and the drink mix cartridges were in an enclosed compartment thus preventing debris from getting in the area where the cartridges insert.

Downgrade!
Got this as an "upgrade" when our original Thirsti system stopped dispensing flavors. We'll see if they actually fixed the flavor dispensing issue. Insane how many reviews I see where they received this product as a replacement due to flavor dispensing issues. In the meantime, we need to talk about who's idea it was to change the size options from "6-12-18-24" to just "12-24". Are you insane? Also, what the heck are the little push down pegs used for? The owner's manual has a diagram of the system, but does not include anything about those little pegs nor are they in the diagram. I'm more upset about these than I should be.

Love everything about it.
I own the max but I find this one better,it has much more carbonation than the max, they are both great machines but I really like this one better absolutely love the color too. One con is the same with all of them, it's best to remove the flavor pods when done because they wool drop some flavor washing it, time will tell if they get clogged, I use sugarfree pods and have never had a clog yet. We love our Ninja soda machines!

Delicious soda replacement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a big soda drinker so this was a perfect addition to my kitchen! I love how this machine has some great options in soda drinks without having to spend so much money in actual sodas. This was easy to use and a hit with my family. I definitely recommend for anyone that is looking for a low calorie drink.

Faster
Bought this as an upgrade from my first, love that it makes my soda so much quicker, only downside is that it only allows for 2 sizes instead of the 4, but I'm ok with that. Most times I'm making 24 oz at a time, but when I have my 30oz drink cup I have to make an additional 12 oz instead of the 6 I used to make.

Pour me a drink
I absolutely love this soda machine. It saves money and if someone in the household wants a soda we don't have to worry about if we have one in the fridge or not.

Bubble a drink or not
I like that you can control the bubbles and how much flavoring you're getting. This is something that my husband has used frequently

It’s ok
It’s sooooo loud, much louder than my last one. But the drinks are yummy and it’s easy to use. I also miss having a 6oz option. But definitely keeping it.

Great update to the original!
This replaced my original Thirsti. Each iteration of their products get better. This one takes the higher capacity flavor pods, and I'm really liking that

Perfect Solution To Rising Soda Prices
Can’t say enough great things about the Ninja Thirsti. I love being able to customize the flavors and carbonation level. It’s easy to use and doesn’t take up too much counter space. And with the rising price of soda - it’s a great way to save money too! Love the Ninja Thirsti!

Updated Machine to Newer Model
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. I love the Thirsti and it makes drinking healthier. I have cut down on the soda and only have one occasionally. The Thirsti low and no calorie sodas are very good, but once in a while I want the full fledge sugar rush.

Great to have if you enjoy sparkling waters or sod
My family and I have used the older model and recently got this one. We are huge fans of how this one performed! Very quick and simple to set up and use. The capacity is great for my household size and the weight is not very heavy so it’s easy to move around. We have basically all the flavor pods as my dad is diabetic, he enjoys the sugar free flavors. The pink color is so cute and I love making sparkling lemonade all the time in it!

Love the new features!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really great! I love that the new water reservoir has a clicking system, ensuring there are no leaks. I also like the updated pod placement. No need to tilt anything. You can easily swap them out! Something to note is the newest edition only has 12 and 24oz while the old one has 6, 12, 18 and 24oz.

No 6 oz size.
I had the machine that made 6 oz drinks which I always used. This one is limited to 12 oz. My fist one broke after a couple of months which made the 6 oz size in addition to 12 oz. Now when I put ice in my 12 oz glasses it over flows plus it too much drink for all at once especially in a glass. Really don’t like it. Bad idea to eliminate the 6 oz size.

Hi Dennis, Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us. We understand how frustrating it is to lose the 6 oz option you relied on, especially when the 12 oz serving feels too large, overflows with ice, and doesn’t fit your everyday use the same way. We recommend using a larger cup if your 12 oz glass is overflowing with ice. We truly appreciate you sharing your perspective and will be sure to pass this feedback along to our team for review. If you have any further concerns or would like to talk through options with us, please feel free to reach out using the link below. https://support.sharkninja.com/contact-us Kind regards, Ninja Kitchen

Easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setup for this was really easy and straightforward. This is great to have when hosting a party and perfect for this summer. Just gotta make sure the water is ice cold for maximum carbonation. The controls are simple and I personally like drinking it on bold flavor. My kids love seeing the drinks being made.

Bring Back the Old Features!
This was a replacement for my original Thirsti, and I must say, I like the features on the old model better. There are only 2 drink sizes with the new model-12 oz. and 24 oz. I liked the variety the older machine offered: 6 oz., 12 oz., 18 oz., and 24 oz. I rarely use the 24 oz. option as I like to add a lot of ice to my drink. The 18 oz. size on the old machine was just perfect. I think Ninja needs to bring that option back. I used the 6 oz. option when I wanted to add a little more to my drink or add a little bit of a different flavor. Also, when you look at the machine it looks like a piece is missing, as the drink pods load from the top and there is no cover for them. Not related to the machine, but t he selection of drink pods is disappointing as it seems Ninja is focusing on the soda flavors instead of the many other flavors they initially offered. Lastly, I would like to see an ice tea with just lemon.
