I replaced my Brita filter with this one. I'm so glad I did. The water tastes great! That's saying a lot since the water from my faucet sucks. I also love the following things about it: Size: perfect for 1-2 ppl. I usually refill once in the evening and once before going to sleep (I drink a LOT of water.) It also takes up much less space on the door of the fridge. Filters quickly: much faster than my old brita Durable: this pitcher feels much more durable. Ive had three Britas to crack in 1.5 years. Inexpensive: I go through 3-5 bottles of water per evening. This saves me money. Separation between pour spout and unfiltered water: with my brita, the unfiltered water would mix with the filtered water when I poured it out. This one has a barrier built into the lid to prevent that from happening Hope this helps someone.

I even have a PUR filter installed directly on my faucet, so I already trust the brand and the quality of their filtration. The PUR 8Cup Slim Pitcher-Azure now sits on my countertop, and I actually love having it there because it reminds me to drink water throughout the day and stay consistent with my supplements and vitamins. It’s become part of my daily routine. The design is very convenient and slim, and the Azure color looks beautiful and modern. I also really appreciated the filter change stickers - they make it easy to keep track of when it’s time to replace the filter. Such a simple but helpful detail. The water tastes clean, fresh, and pleasant, with no strange smell or aftertaste. The only downside for me is the size. I personally would prefer a larger capacity. The 8-cup size turned out to be a bit too small for my needs - it’s not enough for a full day, and I have to refill it several times. Overall, I’m still very happy with it and would definitely recommend it, especially if you’re looking for a compact and reliable water filtration pitcher.

Picture feels sturdy, filters quick, and the water taste clean without any big investment like under the sink system. What I really like is how it slides right into the fridge door without hugging space. My fridge is not huge so fitting a picture in without rearranging everything was nice. Easy to fill, easy to pour, and it’s just does the job every day.

I both love and hate this pitcher. If you have smaller hands, you will likely struggle with using this. If you have limited space, this could be a valid option.

Definitely saving me money on bottled water, I have stomach issues and I can't drink tap water or risk a nasty stomach infection. So far I've not had any issues when I use my Pur Pitcher to filter my own tap water. Great slim size fits well in my refrigerator. Handy filter change reminder stick on indicator so you won't forget when a new filter is needed.

The size is okay, but if you live in a household of two or more people and drink a lot of water, it feels a bit small. I end up refilling it multiple times a day. The 8-cup capacity seems better suited for one person. I really like the slim design because it doesn’t take up much space in the fridge. However, because it’s so compact, the handle isn’t very comfortable. The textured plastic helps with grip, but it’s uncomfortable when pouring. We’ll keep using it because the water tastes great, but we’ll probably upgrade to a bigger pitcher with a better handle down the line.

The water tastes great and you can definitely tell it filters out impurities. The only drawback is that is no handle, so it can be a little awkward pouring the water and getting it out of the fridge. The reason I say that is because generally, I get a water pitcher and it takes up so much room in my fridge that I only end up using it for so long. The pur 8 cup slim line was the perfect fit and exactly what I was looking for. It’s easy to use, in terms of installing the filter, and the filter works great to help purifier your water. When pouring into a glass, it does not leak and does not make a mess, which is also a must have! The water flows easily out of the spout and provide a crisp, chilled, fresh, and delicious glass of water. I researched the filters and noticed that they’re easily found at many stores or online, and come at an average value, which makes this an all around win.
