Once you’ve removed the cap, slowly twist the applicator to dispense the product. On first use, it may take a few turns to get the product flowing as it needs to prime. After that, it should come out smoothly with each twist 😊 If you’ve tried this and it’s still not working, no worries at all, you can simply present your original receipt at Target, and they’ll be happy to assist you with an exchange.     Better than high-end products

    Over the years I have tried several lip mask products and they all fell short. This lip mask is 🤌 perfect. At least for me...it isn't slippery or oily. It is hydrating and lush. When I use it at night I wake up to hydrated, moisterized, plump lips. It's worth a shot at $10. Like others have mentioned you do need to turn it several times for the product to come out. I popped mine open and was able to get every single drop of the product out. 10 out of 10, Already purchased a replacement & back up.

    So hydrating!

    ***for those having issues with the package, it's a twist. You have to twist it a good bit in the beginning. It'll make you question if you're doing it right. It's not a pump or a pull off top.*** I love how thick and emollient this product is. I use it every night and it's changed the health of my lips.

    Packaging needs to be redone. Multiple times trying to open it, it would pull apart. Finally completely busted and could not get it back together. Product mushed everywhere.

    Another Amazing release from vitamasques!!

    This feels so soft and supple on my lips. It fills in any lip lines and makes them look very plump. Also has good slip to it when you rub your lips together and gives great shine. Has a faint honey scent. Medium thickness. You only need a little bit so be careful not to dispense so much product out!

    Defective Packaging.

    Packaging needs to be updated. Nothing comes out, went to tiktok and saw some other people having the same experience. I can’t even break it open to at least try it. Sadly returning.

    Yes for me

    Nice smell and feel on lips. I like the dispenser. Not sticky just smooth. I think it will be my night time lip mask for sure. Looking forward to the results.

    Will buy again!

    I love this lip mask! It is a thicker consistency than a balm and stays put once it’s applied on your lips. I applied it before bed and my lips felt hydrated when I woke up. I also applied my lip stain in the morning and then put this mask on top for the shine it adds. I was nervous with it called “plump” that it would be tingly but it’s not. The smell is very subtle and sort of sweet/fruit/honey and I love it! My only feedback is be careful when first using the dispenser as too much will come out if you click it too many times. Be gentle and a little goes a long way!
