Nightcap chocolates

Life and sleep changing!

I think I notice a difference in my sleep;)

Sleep mushrooms work for me

Deeper sleep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started taking Nightcap in July & have noticed I sleep more deeply. I love dark chocolate, so these are pretty tasty to me. I just need to remember to not eat it right before I brush my teeth as the mixture of the after taste of chocolate & toothpaste is not a great combo. I still tend to wake in the middle of the night but I blame that on my husband who moves around a lot, plus my dogs that go in/out of the bedroom &/or snore loudly. I am able to go back to sleep easier than before, so that's a plus.
