These noodles take me back to my youth without the guild of putting crap into my body. High protein and lower salt- Yes please! I cook them longer than suggested on packaging to make the noodles a bit softer with still some chew to them. Definitely suggest if you're looking for an alternative to those "other brands."

I kept seeing ads for this ramen and wanted to try it since it’s a healthier option that looked like it tasted good, but it was gross. The noodles had an odd texture (not soft even though I cooked it on the stove for 6 minutes like the instructions on the packaging said) and the broth was almost flavorless (definitely not like creamy chicken). The ramen had a weird smell too. I couldn’t finish eating it and won’t buy it again. Probably going to return the other flavor that I bought. Don’t waste your money, especially since it costs a lot more than most ramen. I like that the packaging has cute flower-shaped carrots and cool fonts on it and that the flavor packet is pink though. It’s just too bad that what’s inside the packaging isn’t as great as what’s on the outside.

I don't why there are so many bad reviews. I cook this by adding the spice packet and 2 cups of water to a pot. Bring to a boil and then lower heat and put a lid on it for 10 minutes. You can add so many things to this soup to make it even better. It's so much healthier than regular Ramen. Love.
