I'm pretty picky on what my kids eat. This is one of the few cereals I buy for them, and it's their favorite. Ingredients could not be cleaner and unless you're used to sugar laden cereals, it tastes awesome.

Bland beyond words
The flavor of this cereal is like what I think cardboard would taste like. There is no chocolate flavor, other than perhaps the slightest hint of bakers chocolate, but it’s definitely not good. I really wanted this to be a healthier cereal option for my family, but there’s no way I’d ever buy it again. The texture held up well, however, not getting soggy in the least by the end of the bowl (that I made myself finish because it’s so expensive). I might see if I can exchange it for the Seven Sundays honey almond flavor because that’s delicious.

My kid rates it a 10/10. We normally don’t buy cereal or have it for breakfast, but wanted to have a fun option for her. Added some sliced banana + milk and she loved it. I’d say if your child isn’t used to sweeter cereals like the obvious ones, they may enjoy this one!

It was much better before they started using cheaper lower quality ingredients. The price went up and quality went down. Cassava is way better over tapioca starch.

First, this is a very crunchy cereal. It never gets soggy; I like that. Second, I like the ingredients and the low-sugar aspect, but they should up the fiber content. Third, I don't understand all of the 5-star reviews. This cereal is so flat-tasting and flavorless that all it has is texture. There is no discernable chocolate taste AT ALL. None. Not kidding. Now, I'm a chocolate aficionado and I know chocolate; this ain't it. But, here's the thing, it doesn’t taste of anything else either. It's just a bowl of meh.

Sadly the cereal tasted slightly stale right after open. I really don't get much honey flavor and I really just taste the oats/cassava. They are crispy. They took several minutes to slightly soften after being in almond milk. This cereal is okay; it's not delicious but it's not terrible either.

Too Big and Bad Aftertaste
The cereal size is too big and too crunchy! It gives a bad mouthfeel. I couldn’t finish my first bowl and discarded the rest of the bag. I can’t imagine a child trying to eat this. It also gives a gummy aftertaste that stays with you. What ever “left over” parts of the sunflower you use maybe should have been left where they were.

If Three Wishes made a cardboard flavor this is how I imagine it would taste. Totally edible and even somewhat pleasant to eat, just extremely bland. Your kids will NOT like this so don't even try.

Cereal Not The Same Taste
I used to go through a bag of this cereal a week, sometimes more. But in the last couple of months, something has changed with the texture and taste. The cereal used to be the size of a nickel, now they are the size of a dime or smaller and taste like cardboard. I get the honey flavor. I keep buying hoping I’ll get a good batch, but the last 5 purchases over the last month have all been the same. I just don’t understand it. I don’t know if it’s different ingredients or if the cereal has been sitting on the shelf for too long. Super disappointing!
