  • A: I have the same question! I bought them, and the charger/dock has a *male* mini usb, it will plug into the base of my phone, but that's not meant to charge it.

  • A: Hi Courtney. Yes. Three taps on either the right or left earbud will turn ANC on/off. By downloading and pairing them to the JLab App you are also able to customize almost everything. Great earbuds

These ear buds have great sound and noise cancelation for while I'm at work. Each ear bud has about a 7 hr use and charges again on the case. Fully charged, I have enough battery to last me two 12 hr days before charging. Definitely recommend!

Ok but not the best I have had.

I got a good deal on these so I don't want to complain to much. The sound quality is good but I find it too low. Even after downloading the app and manually adjusting the volume controls. Especially for podcasts. I'm also not a fan of the built-in charging cord. Too short and has to hang from the power block when charging.

A great choice!
