Q: Details state: Noise Canceling microphones for your calls, but Specification states: Noise Canceling: No Active Noise Canceling. Which is it? I am needing noise canceling earbuds.

  • A: Sorry for the confusion. The Epic Open Sport have a noise cancelling microphone for improved call quality. They do not have ANC when listen to music, movies, etc. Thank you, JLab Customer Support

Q: No cushion? It doesn't sound to comfortable to me? How would you be comfortable if no cushion for the ear?

  • A: They are bone conductor earbuds. They lay on the side of your cheek near your ear, which is good because it doesn't make your ear sore. I don't have any yet, but really considering purchasing them.

Open Ear Sport

I love the sound quality, battery life, and ease of use. But l don't know if my ears are too sensitive or what. I get a burning sensation on the back of my ears. Planning to contact them soon.

My Ears are SAVED by Open Air!!!!

My ears don't hurt anymore. Thank you JLab. I've always bought JLAB earbuds. But I developed a situation with my ears. (Not from ear buds themselves). Started to get irritated. I was THRILLED when I saw the Open Air. NOTHING IN THE EAR. You can adjust the ear piece that goes around the ear. It's FABULOUS ? Can't say enuf how much I LOVE ? THE OPEN AIR !!!
