    Wonderful coffee alternative

    I’ve drank this a little over a month on and off, but I truly enjoy it. Are there actual benefits? Here’s my thoughts on it. Based off what was advertised I do feel less bloated, but I also consider that it was the sugar included in my coffee which made it bad not the coffee alone. Coffee occasionally gave me acid reflux but this does not give me that issue. Do I feel more focused or energized? I do feel a bit more but nothing to brag about. I could give up coffee for this but the price and servings are a bummer.

    Barely 16 servings- Needs corrected to be accurate

    I bought two single serving boxes, and recently finished the $17.99 20 serving size box. I love everything about the product! Bloating gone, and more energy for sure! But………Ryze does need to fix either the serving description, or add more product to actually be 20 servings. I kept tally marks on the package for each cup and used tbs to precisely measure. I received just barely 16 servings from the 20 servings package.

    I really wanted to like this mushroom coffee, but unfortunately my experience was terrible. After drinking it, I developed horrible diarrhea and severe bloating. At first I thought maybe my body needed time to adjust, so I stopped taking it for two weeks and contacted the company about the side effects. Their recommendation was simply to reduce the dose. After the two-week break, I tried again with a much smaller amount, but from the very first day the bloating came back horribly. My stomach felt uncomfortable and swollen almost immediately. At that point I knew it was definitely the product causing the issue. I understand supplements and mushroom blends may affect people differently, but this experience was bad enough that I cannot recommend it. I wish the company had taken the side effects more seriously instead of just suggesting a lower dose.
