I recently tried the Smood Sweets candy dates in the Swedish Fish flavor from Target, and I was honestly surprised by how much I liked them. At first, the idea of combining dates with a candy-inspired flavor sounded a little unusual, but it actually works really well.

Smood Sweets candy dates are actually SO good. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but they taste like a healthy candy alternative without feeling like you’re sacrificing anything. I was actually really surprised by these candied dates. I’m definitely a sweets person and I’ve never tried dates before. At first glance, these can be off-putting. They are definitely a lot bigger than I thought they were going to be. However, after tasting it, it really does taste like a gummy candy. If you’re craving something sweet and want to be healthy still, this is a great alternative for you!
