missing screws and plastic liner

I received it yesterday and so far have only assembled it. One screw is missing and two screws are the wrong kind (one with no threads at all and one where the head is not square as needed). The liner seems more plastic like than fabric. I have had smaller elevated raised beds from other brands and the liner there were more similar to fabric grow bags. I don't trust the use of this plastic since I plan to use it for organic vegetable gardening. I probably need to prop up grow bags on top of this. Target shipped it quick!
