Q: Why can't you use it on top loading machines? My washer gets just as hot as a front loader. That doesn't make sense

Hair was removed from the bedding and it smelled so fresh. I followed the directions and used two packets to make sure it removed enough. It also helped with the hair in the washer. I was amazed at how much hair. I will continue to use this.

This detergent smells great, and definitely reduced subborn pet hair on my blankets. It was really convenient to use, no guessing how much with it being premeasured. It also smells great. I do recommend using two sachets if you have a lot of hair or larger item to be washed. I did use hot water, and it worked to collect the majority of the hair. Great product.

It removed stubborn pet hair that usually is left behind, especially on blankets. It is extremely easy to use. The clothes came out looking cleaner with less hair. I also like that it freshed up our clothes but did not leave a strong smell on them. I will be keeping this in our laudnry routine.

    No more effective than detergent

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted this product to be a miracle-worker! I was very pleased with how soft and clean things came out of the dryer, and there seemed to be less hair in the washing machine than usual for sure, but the dryer lint trap was still absolutely full of dog hair. It had only been a couple of weeks since I last washed the same bedding, so there shouldn’t have been too much hair. I’ll use the remaining product to clean my washing machine - the package comes with three sachets, which is enough to clean one load with two packets and then clean the washer with the third. I’ll continue to use regular detergent and thoroughly clean the washer and dryer afterwars!

    A must for stubborn let hair

It’s easy to use, you just put a satchet into your normal detergent then run the hottest cycle. I used this on my dogs bedding and our towel for him and it came out noticeably cleaner and less full of fur. It doesn’t leave behind any weird residue or strong scent. Overall, a great product to get rid of pet hair.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok this was amazing. After one wash there was no pet hair on the dog bed, washed drum, and NO pet hair in the dryer line tray!!!! There is usually a good amount I have to clean out of the washing machine drum and rubber parts, but there was none after using one pack of this stuff. There is usually a ton of lint in the dryer tray too, but it was completely empty. I’m amazed

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this pet hair remover for some microfiber cleaning pads and a rug that our dogs lay on frequently. We have a great Pyrenees and a golden retriever so dog hair is always around our house. This product worked well although I didn’t notice much of a difference compared to when I wash these items with regular detergent. There were tufts of hair at the bottom of the washer once the cycle was done that I just grabbed and tossed. I wasn’t super impressed by the instructions. I didn’t realize this was for front load washers only but I tried it with the top loader and didn’t notice any issue. The only change I made was that I put it in the drum rather than the detergent dispenser. Also, I was unclear if I was supposed to use detergent alongside this product. Overall it may be worth a try for others, especially those who have a front loader washer, but I don’t see it making a difference compared to my usual routine cleaning these items.

    Owner of two fur balls, miracle worker!

So needless to say we are often walking around covered in fur. I used this in one wash and I drastically noticed a difference. Will be adding this to my normal/daily washing routine.

We moved into our house where the previous owners had pets so there was quite a bit of hair in the washer so we used this powder, dissolver in it. It was great and cleaned our washer to be squeaky clean. It also doesn’t have a strong chemical smell which is great, I would consider purchasing again.

    Does not work will not be purchasing again

    Did not remove pet hair at all! Used 2 whole boxes and there is always hair in the washer and dryer. Our dog is short haired bully and this did not dissolve any hair at all. Complete waste of money will not be purchasing again.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical of this product, does it really dissolve pet hair? But, it really seems to work. I have two dogs, one is a spring spaniel and the other is Nova Scotian toller. The toller has a LOT of hair. I used this product on their dog bed. Typically when I wash their bed, there is a lot of residual pet hair in the washing machine gasket, but it seems to be less this time. You should not take the product out of the sachets though, which was user error.

I followed the directions exactly and tried it on our pet blankets, after the wash most of the hair as gone! This is the easiest way, and I feel much easier on my washer and dryer too.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I am a little sensitive to dog and cat so I got this dissolver to help clean off the hair after my house guests left with their dog. I had so much hair! I hoped that the remover would help get the bedding hair off the sheets and blankets. It did help, but not as much as I had hoped. I will use it again, but maybe I'll use more, or try putting it directly on the load.

I assume this is because top loaders have some water always sitting in them. The packaging does not make this designation clear in my opinion although it is called out in the directions. The scent of this product is nice and I do feel it helped somewhat with the dog and cat hair on my blankets.

    Seems to work, strong scent

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this product as I have a short haired cat, medium length dog, and multiple humans in our household. I admit I didn't read this super closely before purchasing - this is for front loading machines and you use 2/3 packets for the first load. I used this on some pet bedding and also this baby hat I found tucked into the bedding. It definitely seemed to work - the hat came completely clear of animal hair which is impressive as often my machine doesn't seem to get all the hair off on average. I did do -1 star because there is a STRONG scent. I am not a fan of scents, and it's not like a fragrance but just a detergent smell, but I have to think this would be harsh for pets who have a stronger sense of smell!

After washing certain items we would get dog hair like crazy in the washing machine. After trying one of these cleaning packets the washer was noticibly much better.
