They work

I’ve been had my chewables and I never got consistent but since I’ve started fasting I started taking them faithfully. 2/3 days in I started spotting after 7/8 months with no period. I’ve never had a normal period in my life especially after taking BC and having the BC stick thing in my arm. After that I didn’t have a period for almost 3 years then after I took it out my period last 2 years straight until I went to the doctor for them to stop it. Since then my period comes when it feels like it. Since I’ve took these I’ve started taking these my period came back basically instantly, I am worried bc I’ve been taking them 12 days and my period has gotten heavier and still hasn’t stop, it’s actually getting heavier I feel but I’m hoping it’s just bc I haven’t had my period in so long. But these definitely work I can’t wait for my body to balance out

Magic supplements

I deal with pcos and insulin resistance. These tablets are incredible. The taste is fantastic. I've noticed a significant difference in my period and over all well being. My periods are a little shorter, way less painful and not as heavy. Before this I was bleeding extremely heavily for 3 days and my period was lasting 7 days with extreme cramps. Now, my period is lighter, I still have one heavy day but minimal cramping and mood swings. This supplement has also curved my intense craving for sugar. I've been on it for about 4 months and I will keep these as a regular part of my daily supplement.

I love the taste

I got these after looking into inositol for my health anxiety. Since I'm breastfeeding I was drawn to the option from Legendairy Milk. I do feel better with my anxiety even though, truthfully, I don't know it's due to any one thing. However, I look forward to having my inositol tablet everyday because it tastes like delicious candy.

Magic in a Capsule

These really do feel like magic. I was struggling with a hormone imbalance after coming off birth control. My period was irregular, even missing for a couple months and I was getting hot flashes. Once I started taking these I feel like my hormones balanced out and I got my period back! I’m so happy I found these!

PCOS

I started taking these literally 3 days ago and I finally got my period after not having it for 3-4 months! I have PCOS so these are definitely helping me for the most part. I been spotting for 2 weeks (TMI) but the pills made me so excited to receive my period lol. Definitely gonna be buying more in the future.

Love It

This works for me too. I love the cherry flavored tablets - Take one a day and chew it whenever you need - no need to have with water. I take it in the morning and really enjoy it. I hope this exact cherry taste comes in a powdered format. I highly recommend it in general!! :)
