A good probiotic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried the OLLY Big 10 Probiotic Capsules, and overall, I’ve had a really positive experience with them. I feel like they helped me in the way a probiotic is supposed to. My digestion felt more balanced, and I just felt more “regular” and comfortable overall, which is always a good sign when it comes to gut health. Probiotics are meant to support a healthy balance of good bacteria in your system, and that’s exactly how this one worked for me. I also appreciate how easy they are to take and incorporate into my daily routine. It didn’t feel like a hassle, and I didn’t experience any issues while using them.

These Are Absolutely A Game Changer

I have had some gut health issues. A friend suggested the Olly Big 10 Probiotic. I read the reviews and decided why not. I have been taking them one a day for 2 months and I have noticed an improvement. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. There is no scent at all. They have a good combination of ingredients. I would recommend them.

Good quality probiotics

I can't say I noticed any appreciable difference while taking them, but I do feel like they play a role in overall health. I normally take probiotics so using these for a month I didn’t notice any decrease in my gut health so I think these worked well, but nothing life changing. I will say though the package is fantastic I love the little bottle with the half shelf so I’m not digging around or dumping things out to get a pill!

I started taking it during a super stressful month, and I noticed my digestion got way more regular, less bloating, and even my mood felt a bit more balanced. Maybe it’s placebo, maybe it’s the 10 strains doing their thing—but I’m not questioning it. What I like is that it’s easy on the stomach (some probiotics give me weird nausea—this one didn’t at all), and the capsules are small and easy to swallow. I also appreciate that they don’t need refrigeration, so I can just toss the bottle in my bag when I travel. I’m usually skeptical about supplements claiming to help with everything, but for gut support, immune balance, and not feeling like a balloon after every meal—it’s a yes from me. I’m on my second bottle already. Bonus: the packaging is actually cute and doesn’t scream “pharmacy shelf.”
