[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I will give this drink credit on that it is a ‘cleaner’ type protein drink. It’s Lactose and Gluten free which for me is great, as I guess the perk of age is that I suddenly start to become sensitive to these things. I got the Orange Mango and the flavor is not really up my alley. This could just be me and my personal preference also. It’s also a little thick. Which I understand being it’s a protein drink but it’s not exactly thirst quenching being it has this thick consistency. It’s a little off putting being it’s a clear drink. The amount of protein supplied in the drink I guess makes up for it.

A less heavy but still delicious option for protei
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t expecting to enjoy this as much as I did! It’s got a bright citrus and rich tropical flavor without being overly sweet which is exactly what I want from a hydration drink. I don’t enjoy having a workout to then be choked by sugar. The electrolytes are a nice touch as well for the hot summer days. I love that it’s a protein water. 20 grams of whey protein isolate in a water! Refreshing because sometimes you really don’t want another thick smoothie/shake-like drink to make you feel bloated and overfill. Plus no artificial colors, sweeteners, or flavors! It does still have a bit of the powdery mouthfeel that you get with protein powders, but I’d say this is still going to be added to my grocery list.

Highly recommend if you dont like a powdery protien. Honestly even on a hot day where you just need more hydration.

The sweetener isn’t my favorite, but it’s not terrible. There’s not a strong aftertaste, nor is there a noticeable texture or consistency beyond just, the way that water is. The nutrient profile is solid. I would definitely drink this again and think it’s a great option for a pre or post workout drink!

I’m active in the gym so I found it to be helpful with maintaining my hydration during my workout. It tastes very good especially cold as instructed on the bottle. I found the taste to be consistent and didn’t find there to be a bad aftertaste. It was very easy to carry around as it’s a bottle the size of other electrolyte drinks. This flavor was great and a nice balance of orange and mango!

I use it after working out or playing sports and with 20g of protein and electrolytes, I feel like a new person the next day. It tastes great without that chemically feel that other proteins have. It sits really good in my stomach as someone who normally has issue with protein. I had the orange mango and you can actually smell and taste both orange and mango. Would highly, highly recommend.

I’d prefer a drink that is either unsweetened or sweetened with cane sugar or maple syrup or honey instead. Tried the Orange Mango from Target and it’s one of the most refreshing protein drinks I’ve had. The flavor is light and smooth with a nice citrus pop, not overly sweet or artificial tasting. What really stands out is that it’s a clear protein. You still get 20g of whey protein isolate, but it drinks more like a crisp, hydrating beverage instead of a thick shake.
