    Quality

    I purchased a similar CleverMade product a number of years ago. It was a good product, it held up for years. This recent purchase from CleverMade was surprising. The quality has improved to an incredible degree. The fabric is better, the handles have been improved and even the elastic that holds it closed when folded is stronger. I'm amazed. Thanks so much for an even better product than before.

    Not a quality product. We own other CleverMade products and love them. These are thin and flimsy. Disappointed!

    Terrible Quality

    Both of mine are broken in less than a year. From what I can feel, it seems as if hinges have snapped in half. Considering I only use these to carry laundry to and from rooms and they are collapsed and stored away when not being used, I’m very disappointed in the lack of quality.

    Great product & great customer service

    I purchased a set of laundry baskets and one had a defect. Customer service was great about replacing it and I love the baskets. They seem sturdy and durable and they're the perfect size. Living in a small apartment it's wonderful to be able to collapse it.

    Practical, lightweight, sturdy!

    I've owned two of these collapsible laundry baskets for about 1.5 years, and absolutely love them. They fold down flat and get stored between my washer and dryer— no more giant plastic baskets taking up counter or floor space! They hold multiple loads, too. The only downside is like another reviewer mentioned: I cannot carry a basket balanced on a hip one-handed, they're only meant to be used with two hands. One of my baskets about one year in did have the hinge on the side get pushed somehow, and it didn't snap and fold down properly. It still worked to hold laundry, but was annoying. I emailed customer service and had a quick response, and easy resolution. I highly recommend the baskets, and the company!

    Exactly what I was looking for

    I've been wanting to get rid of our big, ugly, rigid plastic laundry basket forever. This is precisely the product I was after. Easily holds two loads of laundry. Durable material. And best of all, folds flat so I can tuck it behind the hamper when I don't need it. I'm sure we'll also use it for other things -- say, packing up the car for a family vacation. So glad I bought it!

    Best laundry bag

    I bought this to replace my two smaller ones that I had for quite a few years. This size holds two loads of laundry and when I'm done it folds down to fit between my washer and the wall. I wish I could give this bag more than 5 stars!

    Looks great and functions well

    Great so far! I love how easy it is to collapse and it looks so much better than traditional laundry baskets. Handles are great. I have 2 kids under 2 so the only thing I wish was different was additional handles on the long side so it can be carried with one hand.
