I was gifted thes pots, and I love them!!! They don't scratch easily (if at all) I have teens that forget to not use metal on the pans. The nonstick on these pans (Wow) 😮! I'm so shocked. I even came to look at how much they cost , because it beats allot of my pans that are double triple the price. Melted cheese, burnt chicken, grease, literally comes off with just a napkin! I know !!! I like that it's not to heavy or to thin .... Distributes, heat evenly. The bigger one makes for great pancakes. Its doesn't stick, I have room to flip. ohh I almost forgot, I can cook eggs and dumplings with no oil. Also no plastic , which means you can also put it in the oven . oxo.... I will now be your loyal customer for life.
