    Pick a square

I have been buying Sparkle paper towels for several years and have noticed a consistent decline in quality. Just bought another pack and now they are using perfume and I wonder if it's a tactic to distract us from noticing that they are now so rough I'm worried about getting splinters if I wipe my mouth or blow my nose with them. Sparkle just lost a long time customer.

    It was a frustrating experience

I dislike the fact that I never got the item! I don’t know if I’ll ever order online from target because it was a very frustrating experience and I never got the paper towels and then they had to replace them so I had to wait like almost a week and a half for an item I was supposed to get in three days or two days

We are sorry to hear that you have not received your order. Unfortunately, as the manufacturer of Sparkle we have no control over product shipment. The retailer you purchased the product(s) from would be the best source of information regarding the status of the item(s) you purchased from them. The “Contact Us” portion of a retailers website is usually a great place to start, or the email you may have received from the seller when you made your purchase. We do hope this information is helpful, and the retailer you patronized provides you the information you require about your purchase.C-4928840

Didn't know paper towels could be see-through!

No way are these two-ply. They are see through! I knew they were cheap but these are a joke. One towel will absorb maybe a tear… and you’ll be shedding a tear when you realized you wasted 7 bucks on these.

    Defective

We purchased a family pack of paper towels and they were not manufactured correctly. They appeared to have two paper towels on on sheet glued together. It was a mess using them. A lot were wasted because of the hard glue or pulling out more than needed because of improper perforation. Wasted my money.
