[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fiber is the best! Whenever I see a company advertise that its product is "unflavored" I'm skeptical. I can almost always taste the product and it's never good, EXCEPT with Physician's Choice fiber. This fiber IS truly unflavored. I like to mix it with hot water, just because it dissolves very quickly in hot water, but it can be used with a hot or cold drink. And, best of all, I find that it works to alleviate constipation. Terrific product. I do wish it came in larger containers for less plastic waste and perhaps a price break, but we can't have everything.

This product is a really good product and it works. I am not normally backed up but it helped when my bowels started being irregular. The consistency is not sticky or thick at all. The flavor is also neutral so water tastes like water. I did feel that it feels a few lumps sometimes and it's a little bit of work to get this all mixed up nicely. That's why I gave it 4 rather than 5.

My stomach feels much more settled with the increase. The packaging is simply designed and easy to open but keeps everything fresh. Overall I’ve bought on my own after using to keep seeing the benefits.

Easy Mix, Easy intake
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Adding a little extra fiber has been on my list for a while I just didn’t know where to start. The thing I like about Physician’s Choice is it is flavorless, it does mix well, and it doesn’t have any weird textures when added to my drinks. I also like how I can control how much or little powder I use as I’m working up the dosage of fiber. I haven’t personally noticed any bloating but I tend to not use a full serving. I just want a little added boost here and there.

I especially enjoyed mixing it in with my protein shakes and smoothies. All you need is one heaping tablespoon, and the taste is essentially non-detectable. I use it about every other day and it does seem to keep my digestive health happy and healthy. I would recommend to anyone looking for a fiber supplement to add to their regular diet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fiber mix is really easy to use, the dosage isn't really going to be accurate every time since it says to use a heaping table spoon full. It's a fine texture and when you first mix it in it looks cloudy and there's little bits at the bottom so I was able to throw the blender pastry on my cup to mix it better but then left it to go take a phone call and when I came back about 2-3 minutes later, it had completely dissolved and was clear as the water I used. It really is unflavored and my daughter has mixed it in everything from juice, tea, smoothies and even soda. You don't even notice it's in the drink and is easy to digest and starts working after the first 2-3 days.

Given my gastrointestinal concerns, I have learned that fiber is incredibly beneficial. I was very pleased with this product; it certainly helped me feel more regular and reduced my issues. Additionally, it was gentler on my stomach than my prescribed medications. The fiber dissolved completely into my smoothie, leaving no grainy texture or discernible taste. I also tried it with coffee, water, tea, and even added some to my food, and I could not detect it at all.

Palatable and Convenient Means of Taking in Fiber
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Physician's Choice Easy Mix Fiber takes some mixing, but for the most part dissolves well. I mixed it with water and found that a little whisking allowed it to dissolve more thoroughly, resulting in no grit drinks. It has little to no smell and only changes the flavor of water slightly. I figure if it is palatable in water it will be in other drinks as well. The container has a screw-on lid, making it convenient to store, transport, and use. Overall, I was impressed with this product.
