I was blown away!
I loosened the soil up against my fence, got rid of the grass and weeds, then sprinkled this in! I gently raked the seeds in. I spread these a bit late in the year (2025) but they took off! I was so pleasantly surprised! Tons of huge butterflies visited that I never see! I'll be doing this each year, and just let them go to seed and collect the heads to dry. I didn't have to water much either, except through a few drought weeks.

Very few natives to the United States
20% crimson clover? 1/5th of this bag is a NON-native CLOVER? It is Native to Europe and SW Asia Minor. Another 16% is annual baby's breath, another Non-Native which comes from the Caucasus. 11% cornflower, another non-native European import. 10% calendula, which is native to Eurasia. 7% nasturtium which is native to South America. So less than 5% of this bag has any native wildflowers at all. This is not a great attraction for butterlies and hummingbirds in the United States. I grew this mixture along with actual native wildflowers (anise hyssop, new england aster, boneset, joe pye weed, bee balm, and blue mistflower) and guess where the pollinators were? It wasn't on the flowers from this bag. Bag grew fine, but title is misleading. This does not attract butterflies and hummingbirds.

Tons of blooms
I was a non-believer that the product would actually cover the amount of space advertised, so I clearly overplanted and the larger flowers took over the smaller ones (lesson for next year). The marigolds are a good 4 foot tall!

Poor germination rate
I tried these last year and had horrible results. I watered religiously but only saw some nasturtium and cosmos. Very disappointed.

Incredible
I bought this two years ago, but only got around to using it this year. Had incredible results! We have had a bounty of gorgeous flowers for five months (way longer than what the package indicated)!! they have certainly done the trick and attracted so many varieties of butterflies and multiple hummingbirds daily!! This helped bring life, beauty, and some much needed happiness throughout the pandemic.

Wildflower, Hummingbird & Butterfly Mix.
I planted two large over-ground boxes with these. One, on the side of my house, which pretty much gets sun all day; the other in front of my house which doesn't get sun until the afternoon. I know nothing about gardening (a former "City" girl) so I just filled the boxes with soil and sprinkled handfuls of seeds into the loosened soil on top. The box on the sunny side of the house is completely filled with plants (probably too many) and I'll probably get tons of flowers. The box in front got nothing. Guess there's not enough sun there. But overall, satisfied and hopefully the sunnyside will bloom profusely in a few days and the hummingbirds and butterflyies will enjoy. (Maybe even the bees.)

Gorgeous blooms
Sowed the seeds the second week of April during warmer weather. Covered seeds with a thin blanket of soil. Lucky I covered because cold weather returned, lots of rain & even some snow but the seeds were strong and grew into beautiful blossoming plants which I am enjoying now in June. Love Burpee Wildflower Butterfly & Hummingbird Mix! Would buy again!

Loved the product, great flowers!
Redid our corner lot hill completely, put these facing back to the house in 8'x16' area. Had fun quessing weed or wildflower as they were growing before flowering. We got them in late but they came through in flying colors! Pics are from November 4th.

Beautiful, bright flowers all summer long
We planted these seeds in a sunny area and they grew like crazy and bloomed all summer long. I am planning to seed again this year. Living in MN makes you appreciate the bright colors that these plants provide.

Hummingbird and Butterfly Mix failure
Have always had perfect results with Burpee zinnia packets, but this product was an epic fail for me. Tons of grass and very few flowers. Soil was rototilled and several bags of miracle grow garden soil had been worked into the dirt. The product was planted at the time of year as specified, watered well, had bushels of sun by did not develop as promised. I have always planted Burpee zinnias in this same area and each year they grow and bloom magnificently. This year, I chose to try something different. I will NOT do that again.
