Many appreciate its compact fold and maneuverability, making it ideal for busy parents on the go. Glad I purchased!
The v3 seems to be better suited for larger toddlers (90th percentile) than the v2. Also folds up smaller and the snack tray height is less awkward. Excited that this brand is part of the car seat trade in program.

Terrible Handling
I got this stroller as a gift and loved it at first but as I continued to use it the handling is terrible. At first I thought it was the weight of baby and bags but even with nothing in the stroller the wheels get stuck and don’t maneuver how they should. I’ve been stuck in doorways and can’t steer straight on a side walk (which is scary when it’s stuck veering towards the road). I thought I was going to love this stroller but it’s been more of a hassle and worry than convenient and easy.

Great Brand, not my favorite stroller.
LI’ve been an UPPAbaby customer since 2019 when I purchased the Vista for my first child, and I absolutely loved it. It was smooth, reliable, and truly set the bar for what I expected from a stroller. So when I needed something more compact for city living with my second (now a toddler), choosing the UPPAbaby Minu V3 felt like a no-brainer. Unfortunately, this one hasn’t lived up to that same standard. The biggest issue I’ve had is with the front wheels. They tend to lock up unexpectedly, which makes steering frustrating and far from smooth, especially in a place like NYC where maneuverability is everything. There have been multiple times where I’ve literally gotten stuck trying to push the stroller. It also makes a noticeable, odd noise while in use, which doesn’t inspire much confidence in the overall build quality. The most frustrating part, though, is the folding mechanism. It can be inconsistent sometimes only one side folds properly, and if it doesn’t close just right, the button won’t work to open it again. That means you’re stuck there, wrestling with a stroller when you’re probably already juggling a toddler, bags, and your sanity. Not ideal. For context, I’ve had this stroller for almost a year now (purchased in May 2025), so this isn’t just a break-in issue. I really wanted to love this stroller, especially as someone who genuinely likes the brand. But compared to my experience with the Vista, this one has been disappointing.

An expensive mistake!
We bought this stroller with high expectations but sadly we are so disappointed. My son is a bigger boy, and the seat is so shallow that he’s constantly sliding down. I constantly have to stop and readjust him and lift him back up. I don’t understand the design of the seat as he has to be in a recline position. As a busy one-year-old this frustrates him. He always cries when he’s in the stroller compared to when he’s in a stroller from another company. He looks so uncomfortable sitting in the stroller as he’s constantly sliding down and out to the left or right, and the crotch harness is so thin in width that it digs in to his groin area while he slides down in the seat because it’s not deep enough for him to be in an upright position. Super disappointed with my purchase as it’s not practical at all. The material is so slippery that my boy is just sliding all around and down. I would avoid purchasing.

Great travel stroller
We bought this stroller in August 2025 as a back up for weekend getaways with our newborn and it was perfect. We purchased the car seat attachments for easy use as well and love that they folded into the stroller and didn’t have to be unattached each time. We just used this stroller for the first time to travel by plane with our 9 month old and it was great. We love that we could carry it on to the plane and it fit nicely into the overhead compartment. Our daughter was so comfortable in it and it was so easy to fold and pack up into the car and take it out when needed.

Poor quality and design.
I bought it a year ago. I am so disappointed with the UPPAbaby Minu V3, especially given the high expectations that come with the brand name. The overall quality of the materials feels surprisingly poor, and the fabric is so slick that my baby constantly slides down the seat throughout our walks. This means I have to stop a lot just to lift her up and reposition her, which makes every outing a struggle. The seat position itself seems poorly designed for a child's physical development because even at the most upright setting, she is forced into a laying position rather than being able to sit up and engage with her surroundings. Beyond the seat issues, the stroller is practically useless in anything other than perfect conditions. The wheels are much too small for real-world use, and it gets stuck in even a tiny amount of mud or snow. For an expensive city stroller, I expected much better maneuverability and ergonomic support, but instead, it feels like a low-quality product that fails to handle basic outdoor elements or keep my daughter comfortable. I definitely do not recommend it. Do not waste your money.

Poor quality stroller
We purchased this in April/May 2025 and unfortunately after 6 months of normal use, numerous issues have come up: 1) the wheels frequently lock up, especially on non-concrete surfaces like inside a grocery store, making it incredibly difficult to turn the stroller, often requiring lifting the stroller such that 2 wheels are off the ground. It makes for a very jerky ride for the baby - good luck if your kid was trying to nap. Also very difficult to handle if you're petite. 2) the brake is extremely flimsy and doesn't reliably work. Right in front of our house where the ground is flat, if I park the stroller with the brake on, the stroller will start spinning towards one side by itself while I'm trying to load my infant into the seat. This is a pretty major safety issue. 3) The folding mechanism doesn't consistently work. Sometimes it'll seem to fold part way but not all the way, which requires popping the stroller back open and trying again a few times. Other more minor issues include that our baby seems to slide forward. I do appreciate that this is a lighter stroller and I can carry it in and out of the house with one arm, but I am severely disappointed in the quality of the stroller, especially considering the price point. While I'm sure Uppababy will try to send us various parts to replace on this stroller, at this point I believe this warrants a full refund or replacement with a model that actually works because what new parent has the time to be replacing multiple parts on a stroller?? It's possible prior models of the Minu were better given other friends' experiences, and while we've liked other products by Uppababy like the Aria car seat, unfortunately this one I cannot recommend and would like to warn other parents about the extremely poor quality.

Wanted to love it
The ride is very smooth, but my 12-month-old kept sliding down in the seat. The buckle feels cheap and has no padding, so the strap kept shifting to one side and made him uncomfortable. Also, the seat doesn’t sit fully upright.

The best stroller there is, really easy for travel and going out and so smooth for the parents to drive and handle.

Not worth the money
For the amount of money I really do not like this product. It wasn’t easy to open and close as it appears online. My toddler is a larger boy and it was too small. He doesn’t fit comfortably he slides out of it because of the type of material.

Definitely a necessary purchase
I’m kind of kicking myself for not buying this sooner but so glad I bought it now. With travel coming up and summer time and trips to the zoo, farmers markets, etc this stroller is so sturdy and yet lightweight and easy to maneuver. My baby loves it! And the recline is perfect for napping on the go. Really pleased with this over other travel strollers on the market.

Travel stroller turns every day stroller
This travel stroller turned into our every day stroller after our daughter was 1. We started with the Cruz and then got this stroller for a trip to Florida. It is so light weight and rides really great. Fits in *most* overhead bins. We took Breeze and it didn't fit since those were so small. My mom (her grandma) watches her once a week and will only use this stroller since it is light weight and easy to collapse.

Don't waste your money
I expected much more from an UPPAbaby stroller given the price and reputation. Unfortunately, the front wheels frequently lock up and get stuck, making it very inconvenient to push ,especially when turning or navigating normal sidewalks. This happens even during regular use and makes outings frustrating rather than smooth. A stroller at this price point should glide effortlessly, not require constant stopping to adjust stuck wheels. While the design looks nice and storage is decent, the wheel performance is a major issue and affects overall usability. Disappointed, and I would not recommend unless this issue is resolved or improved

Does not meet cabin size limits
We bought the Uppababy Minu V3 mainly for traveling, because it is advertised as cabin-friendly. Unfortunately, the airline did not allow us to take it on board — the folded size is taller than most cabin luggage requirements, even though the manufacturer suggests it fits. The stroller itself is light, and very easy to use, but parents should know that it does not meet cabin size limits on many airlines. Be prepared that you may need to gate-check it instead of carrying it into the cabin.

other reviewer is right, seat is too flat, baby slides down
We had Cruz V2 and both we and the baby loved it but need to switch to something lighter. Minu v3 has all the great things we are looking for until realizing my 5 months old baby slides down all the time. The seat is too flat and the belt that secure at the crotch doesn't seem to be comfortable so end up the baby crying a lot in this stroller. We used infant snug fit with Cruz V2 but there is no infant snug fit for minu v3 that has better support and could potentially solve the problem.

Love this stroller just wish it came with things
I cannot complain about the look or functions of this stroller. The fold is incredible, it is compact, the fabrics are nice, the basket is huge, and it pushes so smoothly... i only wish that it came with the bar in the front or at least a cupholder for the price. I do not regret purchasing. I love the stroller. i just wish everything wasn't sold separately.

Bottom seat is too flat, kid slides down.
All though there are so many great things about this stroller, the seat is too flat. It's basically completely level with the ground which it shouldn't be. The only thing keeping the baby from sliding forward is the crotch strap which I think we can all agree is not a very comfortable way to be secured to a seat.

Love the ease of the stroller, annoying clicking noise
I love how easy the stroller is to open and close. The back part doesn't sit up as straight as the uppababy V3, like my daughter was used to, but she adjusted to a more reclined seat after several uses. My only complaint is the front stroller wheels make an annoying clicking noise when walking on sidewalks and over other bumpy areas. I reached out to uppababy and sent a video and they said this is a normal noise the stroller makes. Just be aware because if you're used to the quiet V3, this one is not as quiet. A quick reddit search will show other buyers have the same issue.

Dust bag?
Why doesn't this come with a dust bag?? Also the visor is a little awkward. It's either too high so my baby's retinas are being singed or too low and its basically in a isolation chamber. Can somebody please answer if this thing comes with a dust/storage bag?
