Terrible packaging

This review has nothing to do with the album because it’s dope. I was being lazy and didn’t want to drive to a store and buy this but I had 10% off and shipping was free so I took a chance. Whoever packaged this has some real issues or is just completely clueless. Took a vinyl record and put it in a plastic bag like for clothing and sent it to me UPS from several states away. Like are you psychotic or is there just ZERO quality control or care involved here? Now I have to go to a store and exchange or return it. What a waste. Several creases and somewhat warped. Not chancing opening it. Unreal.

Vinyl was significantly warped. Within a day the store was then sold out. They stated there was no way to even hold a copy of the vinyl with the next incoming shipment to complete the exchange. To add to the frustration, I was instructed to call when it is in stock to have one place aside for me. Album itself if fantastic.
