    I just bought a new one because my old model stopped working recently after 5 years of use

    First electric kettle

    I just bought this to complement the one I use in the stove , only a couple things I wish were different, the water level indicator, hard to see when holding it to fill up, wish there was an audible click when putting on the base, I’m used to a whistle from my stove top one, and I’m not sure when this is ready, reading the instructions it says it will power off, but does that mean the blue light goes off too?
