I like my yogurt with a little more sweetness than this one but this had fiber, protein and nonfat so I can definitely live without the extra sweetness. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion, I absolutely loved it! So creamy despite the 0% fat! I loved the 14g of protein and 5g of fiber and low added sugar. The peaches that were mixed in were delicious. The yogurt does not have mystery ingredients. The only ingredient that I am not excited about is cornstarch. I have already purchased it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the perfect snack for me as a pregnant woman in her 2nd trimester, feeling hungry before bed, wanting something not too heavy. It was slightly sweet, light and satisfying. The little bits of peaches in there were delicious and added a nice texture to the yogurt. I love that there is minimal added sugar and that there is a good amount of fiber in this yogurt. I will definitely be buying more flavors to keep on hand. The packaging is durable, easy to store in the fridge or pack in a lunch box. I recommend this for anyone wanting a satisfying, mildly sweet. guilt-free snack.

The consistency when opened kind of threw me off cause it was so watery, but just had to mix it really good to get it back to the consistency of regular yogurt. Not sure if I woukd buy again due to the high starchy texture.
