Save your money

It doesn't work anymore. It used to but the last couple of times I've used it, it has done nothing. I don't know what has changed but please go back to the original!

I would be a repeat customer except I don't enjoy fighting with the packaging for each pill. Why is it made so difficult? 1. Break apart the plastic, 2. Peal off paper, 3, push the pill through the foil!!! It's ridiculous!! I will buy sudafed only if I can find no other version of Pseudoephedrine!!

It works for mild symptoms

Sudafed Congestion helps with mild congestion problems. Packaging is good. Formulation works well. Texture of this medication is smooth and allows for easy swallowing.

Works well and targets the source.

Sudafed has honestly been a game changer for congestion. I've tried a lot of different medications, but this is one of the only ones that actually clears out mucus and helps me breathe normally again. It doesn't just make me feel "less sick," it feels like it actually targets the source. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with stubborn sinus congestion.

Sudafed PE does NOT work! You should stop selling this PE crap so my husband doesn't make the mistake again and buys the correct medication! Only regular Sudafed works. It's hard enough being sick but it makes it 10x worse when you sell junk to people who are looking for just some relief!

Clears my sinuses fast!" Sudafed Congestion is my go-to when I feel stuffed up from allergies or a cold. It works quickly to open up my sinuses, making it easier to breathe and sleep. Works great!

I have used this product many times. It works great. When I become congested this is my go to medicine. It's easy to swallow and not too expensive. I keep with me in my pill box so it's available to me whenever I need it. It is also non drowsy which is a great plus during the day.

Get the real Sudafed from behind the counter.

Not only does this not work for me, it is well documented that it does not work for anyone. Google is Phenylephrine effective. You will see it is not effective as a pill. Get the “real” Sudafed from behind the counter.

So easy to take

I have been taking this for sinus pressure. I had an extractions and this is helping. They are so easy to swallow, the coating helps. It is always cost effective and found at several stores.

Only thing that works

This little red tablet is the only thing that helps relieve my sinus pressure. The packaging doesn't take up much space and the pills pop out nicely making it easy to access them.

Effective

This sinus congestion medicine has been a life saver. I only needed to take this for a day or two before I started to feel 100% better. I made sure I kept fluids going. My nose started to drain and it took pressure off of my sinus pain. The price isn't cheap but it's worth it.

Phenylephrine doesnt work

This stuff doesnt work. Cant believe they sell this as a decongestant when they removed the actual drug that does that. Instead they put in phenylephrine which is basically a placebo. The stuff that actually works like its supposed to is pseudoephedrine which they had to remove from the shelves as it is used to make meth. Now to get the good stuff you have to get it behind the pharmacy counter and provide Drivers License info etc or get it Rx by a doctor. But it is well worth it.

Sudafed PE

I absolutely stand by Sudafed. I take 10 mg not in combo with anything else. It absolutely works. I have used it for years. I have read many favorable reviews on it. It would be a shame if the FDA pulls it off the shelves.

It's never worked for me. just googled why and the US FDA concluded it's a PLACEBO. I've wasted $100s for no reason. "During the two-day meeting, FDA scientists presented the results of five studies conducted over the past two decades on the effectiveness of oral phenylephrine. All the studies concluded that the decongestant was no more effective than a placebo.12 Sept 2023"
