  • A: Hello Christina, Great question. The Hybrid Lux topper already includes a removable, washable Tencel cover, so you can easily keep it clean without needing an additional protector.   • A: Hello Hall, Thank you for your question. Yes, the topper may become slightly softer as it fully expands and adjusts. Memory foam typically needs up to 24–48 hours after unpacking to fully expand and reach its intended feel. During this time, the foam relaxes and adapts to the room temperature, which can make it feel a bit softer and more comfortable. If possible, we recommend allowing the topper to rest flat on the bed or another flat surface for at least 24 hours before evaluating its final feel.     I sleep much better now

    Not “exactly” soft but. .

    I’ve been aimlessly searching for a soft, sink down into mattress topper. According to the description this one ticked all the boxes. And while it is soft, it’s more firm especially with the cover which is super nice and pillowy thick. But I had to remove the cover and put a thinner cover over the memory foam to get the feel I’m wanting. The odor is present but very minimal. I aired it out for about 10 hours and it’s pretty well gone. The price point was superb for the quality. I just think it needs a slightly different variation of cover to get the sink in experience. The pillow had more of an odor than the topper. I aired it for 2 days then tossed it in the dryer on fluff with my scented wool balls for 20 min and it’s fluffier and no more smell. I would recommend this product and hopefully it will lasts a long time.

    About six months after purchasing my first memory foam mattress, I started experiencing terrible hip and lower back pain. It’s labeled as medium firm, but it felt extremely firm—like sleeping on a rock. As it turns out, at 110 lbs, I needed something much softer. Since I had missed the return window, I began searching for a topper to fix the issue—and I’m so glad I found this one! :blush: Thank you SO much!!!

    Disappointing

    I am 79, thin, and have joints in my shoulders and hips that need good padding to sleep well. This is not working at all. The 3 inch pad is better. However, customer service was terrific about a reimbursement.

    Works Great

    Installed on a new supportive bed that I knew I was going to add a pillow topper before using. I did a lot of research and Viscosoft came up very consistently with good reviews. When installed it instantly made the bed feel like a high end resort pillow top mattress. Easy to install no noticeable smell from foam, so far, very satisfied.

    Amazingly right

    Thought it would be softer

    I thought based on the reviews and explanation that the feel of the topper would be softer more like sinking down into a cloud but it is not at all. I was looking for a very plush cloud like feel and it is not at all.

    Not working
