My chiropractor told me to buy this before birth. I was skeptical but I did because I figured it couldn’t hurt. Well, my afterbirth pains (with this being my 3rd) have been intense—as bad as labor contractions in some cases—and really affecting my postpartum. But then I remembered I bought this. Every time I take a dose the pain almost instantly becomes much more bearable. I’m a believer now! This is an essential in any 2nd + time mom’s recovery tool kit.

Had terrible pain with all 3 of my kids afterbirth and number 4 this magic potion made everything go away ! Didnt take one pill of ibuprofen or Tylenol!!! I took it regularly for the first week postpartum, usually right before every nursing session. This supplement, hydrating a lot, and emptying my bladder frequently, made a night and day difference in the postpartum cramping pain management. Just purchased again as I prep for baby #4!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical this product would work. My postpartum cramps after baby #3 were so intense, I was taking oxycodone at the hospital. They were almost worse than labor contractions! Unfortunately I waited too long to order this and wasn't able to start using it until day 3. But I have to say. . . IT WORKS! It didn't completely eliminate the pain but it took the intensity from an 8 down to a 3. Highly, highly recommend this!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With every delivery the after birth contractions get more painful. They have progressed from mild cramping to being worse than my labor pains. They make it hard to relax and soak up my baby snuggles, and they give me anxiety about nursing, but after working so far for an unmedicated, peaceful birth, I don’t want to put ibuprofen in my healing body or my baby’s body. This stuff genuinely works and brings the pain down to a discomfort. I keep it in the bathroom after delivery and take a dose every single time I use the bathroom and take care of my healing body, so typically every few hours. I take this, plus arnica for the healing and inflammation in my body, and I now buy a bottle for every expectant mom I know.

My second postpartum period was pretty intense afterbirth contractions for at least a week and general crampiness. I religiously took this whenever I felt cramping for my third, right next to my bed and easily finished it in 5 days or so, this time the cramps were much more mild and ended sooner. Who knows what really made my experience different this time, but I will definitely come back to this product and recommend it. Nobody has time for afterbirth contractions. 😅
